I have not purchased or sold a home with Jim, but Ive contacted him several times for "Real Estate" help and he has gone out of his way to be helpful. For example, I wanted to setup a blog for my neighborhood, but did not know what type of information I should include. Who else would you call with such a question.....Jim! He suggested we meet for coffee and discuss, which we did. After about an hour or so with Jim I had all my questions answered and additional suggestions he offered. Ive been following Jims blog for several years, so this should come as no surprise: Jim lives the "Help, dont sell" concept, and it is no surprise why he is so successful.
