Hank was be ry slow to respond when notified of severe health and safety issues with a rental property under his management and not very organized or knowledgeable of laws and regulations. Overall he had a laissez-faire approach which is not a positive when you are trying to manage real estate issues (either property management or selling). The woman who works for (with?) him was particularly unpleasant and rude to include hanging up on me mid sentence when I questioned the legality of something she said (which turned out to violate VA law) and directly lying to my husband and I when we asked for information about a property.

One star, because you cannot post review without one. I called them about listing two of my properties 10 miles from their office, kept telling me the needed a week to pull comps, then ignored me for two weeks like I was bothering them , would not return calls, then told me they were "too busy " with the properties they manage to list my property. Call someone who values you as a client, and not string you along for weeks to only tell you they are too busy, This place is a Joke and should be treated as such, very unprofessional.

Hank and Patty are excellent people to work with. Very fair and honest. We were tenants in a property managed by Hank. He was available for questions, returned emails and phone calls quickly, and always made sure necessary repairs were done promptly.

Refuse to rent temporary 2-3 month lease to people displaced by damage to house. Very unfriendly to relocation services and rude on the phone. Zero stars actually
