Tom Mongold is a horrible landlord and apparently the only person that works for remax he leased me a apartment that wasnt even cleaned out or painted and it has cockroaches and very drafty and cold he refused to make any repairs but still thought it was ok to charge me a security deposit the fridge didnt even work and stunk and he threw a fit about replacing it steer clear of 265 South Second Street and remax
