They provide the ultimate in customized professional brokerage representation for each of their clients. My wife and I were very pleased with the great amount of advance research that our Realtor had done to make sure that each of our visits to potential homes was efficiently conducted, especially since we had traveled from South Carolina each time. I recently signed on with Lori to purchase a first house. She is a tireless and detailed sales agent. She was very gracious to deal with my inexperience. I learned something new with each house she showed me. When I made a decision, she quietly insisted that I look at another house or two to make sure that I was comfortable in making that decision. She follows up with questions and negotiations promptly and keeps track of all the small details. She is so knowledgeable she knows to when to question the seller’s agent when things don’t seem right. She is also able to question your own mortgage people! Lori is well-connected with those ancillary fields involved in home sales; home inspectors, title lawyers, and home insurance providers. She provides several recommendations for each and they are all extremely competitive and can save you money. I would use Lori over and over again, she is that good. She truly works just for buyers!

She was very attentive to our needs, more so than a dual or sellers agent would be.
