Network Real Estate is an AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT OF IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE... back in December, I told them that our dryer was broken, and they told me that they put in a maintenance request.. a month later, I inquired as to why nobody had contacted us about the dryer, and they told me that there was not a maintenance request put in to fix the dryer... about a month later, I was disputing another service charge, and the dryer was brought up again...Beth, who was the person I put the request in with, swore to me that there was a maintenance request put in for the dryer, but that their request system had been changed, and it probably got lost... I got no compensation for the time my dryer was broken and the request was "lost" (I just got a "sometimes people make mistakes"), and Beth was incredibly rude throughout the entire process... I will never rent from this company again, and I advise you do the same.

Never use this company! In the end tbey will find any reason to not get your deposit back! For example, we spackled over nail holes but was left no paint to cover. The smart rep there told us to hire a painter to figure out the color. WHAT? Also wanted to hold us responsible for not raking a backyard that was just I just mowed! I have NEVER dealt with such stupidity. During our rental time, we also couldnt get much fixed because the owner didnt have enough money to fix! THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE RENTING THEIR HOUSE OUT TO BEGIN WITH!

I had a great experience with Network Real Estate. The staff was very helpful and I always felt like I was their top priority. I rented from them for years and when I finally decided to buy my first home, they were ready to help me through the overwhelming process. I highly recommend Network Real Estate to anyone in the rental or sales market. You need a professional and you will find that here. I have even referred people to their Carolina Beach office for vacation rental properties. They do it all.

Do not rent from Network. They are disorganized and unfair. One example (of many): a large sum was withheld from our deposit upon move-out. Network had the house painted, and the crew left paint cans, rags and ladders strewn about the yard. We were charged for the mess. Im not sure about buying/selling homes with Network, but my experience with renting was alarmingly unpleasant and I will not be dealing with them in the future.

This company fabricated damages and reported fraudulent charges to a debt collector after a horrendous move in process that left me and my daughter without hot water and air conditioning. Once youre locked into a lease their customer service is abhorrent.

Terrible at returning calls or emails. If there is a problem with your rental they are in no rush to resolve it.
