Okay, so looking at the people who gave a 5, pretty sure they are fake pages or something because at this point I am done with Long and Foster and would never work with them again. THEY WILL TAKE 45 days to give you your deposit back, they put that foolishness in your lease. Then once they send it, they dont let you know. Oh no, a courtesy call would be too much trouble for them. Instead they send over $2000 in the mail for it to get LOST and then do not make it a top priority to get you a replacement check. DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY. DO YOU HEAR ME?! STAY AWAY!!!! If youre sending money to someone, especially a decent amount, you give a COURTESY CALL! When I kindly made that suggestion, I was met with a smug, "Will do" from whatever puppet they had on the customer service line that day, but I still do not have my money in my hand. BEYOND ANGRY.

Long and Foster Realty was a great experience, on the sell of my home and the purchase on my new home. My Real Estate agent Debbie Maxam made the selling and buying go so smooth and she knew all my needs on the purchase of my new home. Debbie Maxim was one very knowledgeable and outstanding real estate agent, she bent over backwards to make things happen for me.
