I would not do business with Century 21 ever again. My father called one of their real estate agents, Regina Drury, about being interested in buying a house that she listed for a second home for us and that we wanted to see the house. He told her he was very interested and didnt need to sell our current home to buy this one. She said she would show it to us, but doesnt usually work on Sundays, so she would call us back the next day to let us know if she can do it that day. She never called back so my mom, dad and I go look at the house ourselves from the outside and fell in love with it. Almost a week later, still no call from her, so my dad calls her office again. She told him she was with a costumer at the time and would call him right back. NO CALL BACK. That is absolutely terrible and if I were century 21, I would fire her. That is not a good real estate agent and she could have at least called back to let us know she couldnt show it that day and schedule another day, or whatever reason it was.

Century 21 Sweyer & Assoc. are COWARDS! They did not EVER come to fix my weatherstripping around my door, that I put in many maintenance orders for, my neighbors fight every other week and have the police at their residence (also a Century 21 property). I made several attempts to contact my property manager (Cheri King) and finally got fed up without a response, and I finally went to the office. I saw her walk out from the back as I was waiting in front of the secretary, then the secretary turned around to me and said she was "out at a call". Are you serious??? I JUST saw her. I have paid my rent every month religiously and paid to have lawn care come here, I have had to buy a steam cleaner to clean the "carpets" which there are holes in the floorboards and the carpets havent been replaced since 1972. DO NOT RENT!! Especially 114 Horn Rd!

I have worked with Century 21 Sweyer Agent Stephanie Manke on my last 3 investment homes, and the she has been both professional and extremely knowledgeable. This company ensures all of their agents are very well educated and my particular one was very responsive. I have been called a bit hard headed and stubborn, and she was very patient working with me, taking the time to help me find the right properties. I also use Sweyer Rentals to manage these properties, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Like most companies, I have some minor issues with Rentals, but I have spoken to owner Dave Sweyer several times, and he has personally remedied my issues. I will continue to do business with them for a long to come.

I would like to change the awful review I gave. After I vocalized my issues with this companys service enough and contacted people above who I had been dealing with before, things changed. I was contacted by Mr. Sweyer himself. This man clearly has more important things to do than worry about one tenant, yet he took the time to deal with me personally. That is the kind of customer service I was hoping for. The employee level customer service may be lacking however I can not bring myself to speak as badly of the company now that I know the owner is a kind, customer oriented person who has not forgotten about the basics customer service even though he has so much going on.

Do NOT use this company. Trying to get a hold of their office as a homeowner is an absolute JOKE. Last week called on Friday concerning my tenants - they returned my call on Wednesday...yeah they care. They treat home owners like DIRT. Once they have your rental you are meaningless and just a number to be charged. They LOVE their vendors. Dont expect to get your full monthly cut. They have no interest in you as a property owner. You are a burden and you will be treated with attitude when you are actually gifted with the chance to speak with an employee.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates has been managing our property since 2009. Theyhave been able to rent our place out quickly, address issues for both landlord and tenant promptly and fulfill the needs of an out-of-town property owner. Its not a cheap service but they are a big outfit with many rescources. Recently the communications have improved and contacts have been streamlined thanks to a new structure in the company. Now you can contact your portfolio manager for any needs instead of trying to keep track of whos responsible for what.

I too had a bad time with the rental dept. They are only in it to rake in all of the application fee they can. I would not rent from c21 if they were the last place on earth.
