My husband and I had the pleasure of having Tammy from Coastwalk as our realtor for buying our first home. We just closed yesterday, April 11th, after starting our search in late February. She pulled off a killer deal for us (even managed to get us 5k of closing costs from the seller, so we only had to pay $1100 out of pocket on closing day for our 2,000 sqft 0.37 acre property) and, more importantly, we felt she was on OUR side the entire time- start to finish. Tammy respected our budget and didnt waste our time (or hers) with viewing houses outside of our pricepoint. She really took to heart and considered what WE wanted in a house and tried to meet every major critietia. We must have seen about 25 places and Tammy was happy to research and provide any additional details of each property so that we could make an informed decision. I could not be happier with Tammys professionalism, knowledge, and general presence throughout the process of buying our home. It was very daunting at times and I dont know what I would have done without her by our side. Thank you, Tammy!
