This experience was a total waste of time. ! PET OWNERS! BE WARNED! I asked before I made any appointments if the pet stances were negotiable and was told yes. After viewing four apartments and trying to make an offer on two I was told that the pet was now non-negotiable. Rudely. I got a-hold of another worker and was told I would be called back the next day on whether the pet was negotiable. They did not call me back and now lost a few good tenants. Will be continuing with REMAX. They have been professional the whole time. Was very sad to have this experience because we really liked the apartments. Bad business.

Worst realtor ever! Asked to show apartment after my daughter just has surgery! She asked to have it moved to another day! Request for change in date was refused. Elise who I spoke to was rude and had no empathy for the situation. Several work orders for broken items and windows that wont open have never been addressed. Stay clear of this realtor. Remax is much better!

Not your typical real estate agents.....Which is a good thing! Very caring & genuine people who will bend over backwards to find the right home for you. I have to assume they will also be as good at selling. Wonderfull to deal with Ja/Lex!
