Jeff Scofield is a true professional, I could not be more pleased to have chosen him to work with. He came to our first meeting well prepared so I could make an informed decision about listing my property. He listens carefully, takes notes and explains everything in detail. He used every tool possible to make sure my home would be showcased and sold quickly. He stayed in constant contact with me during the sale process. I found him to be honest and forthright every step of the way. He has an excellent reputation and rapport with other realtors and they are happy to work with him, making it easier on the seller. His decades of experience allowed me to avoid any pitfalls, as he was always one step ahead making sure everything went as smoothly as possible from beginning to end, taking all the stress off of me. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate, he is fantastic to work with.

No one knows Rochester property like Jeff. He was a great source of information during my home search. His personal opinion on the property I bought was the deciding factor in putting in an offer. I havent regretted buying in that area or that property. The only issue I had was that my buyers agent did not suggest any properties to look at, she just depended on me to look around and tell her what I wanted to see...which doesnt give her much value. When it came time to put in an offer she was reluctant to go in $5k under the asking and seemed uncomfortable negotiating. She was nice and timely though, and very attentive. But I really need when buying a house is an advocate in my corner.
