Great people to deal with. I recently Purchased My first home from them. My agent, Mary Pendergast was so helpfull during the whole process. At times it seemed like I was calling her every hour. She always had the anwers I needed and returned all phone calls and emails very promptly. I nmany way I feel that she went above and beyond the duties of her job. I recently moved to Maryland from another state. I saw a rental listed with Mackintosh and called them. Todd Walker was the agent I worked with. He was incredibly helpful (and patient, my schedule was not very flexible). I was relieved to find and apply for an apartment in a single trip. I ended up renting the place and LOVE it.
