Met Adam at an open house when we started toying with the idea of purchasing our first house. While we didnt like that property my fiance and I both liked Adam. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt come across as pushy. He stayed in touch after that and continued to answer questions we had and check in with us periodically (not too much follow up, but just the right amount where your not feeling pestered) Fast forward a bit and even while we hadnt found a house we wanted we decided to get pre-approved for a mortgage through our credit union. They were offering a program where if we used one of their agents they would give us over $1000 after we closed. This was very appealing to us being a young family facing all the expenses associated with purchasing a new home. We liked Adam so much we felt we owed it to him to at least explain our reason for going with another agent. He wrote us back a very kind and understanding email and also mentioned he would be here if we werent satisfied with our new agent for any reason. Our experience with this other agent was terrible. We kept trying to give her a chance but she only proved to be worse and worse. Finally after spending an afternoon looking at houses with her we couldnt take it anymore and drove back to see Adam and share our experience with him. When I first started the process I honestly didnt realize how important the right agent is. After finding the house we wanted to purchase Adam helped guide us through the negotiation process, going back to the seller with repairs based on the home inspection, and more. Adam even got us a better price than we even thought we could ask for! Im confident none of this would have happened if we stayed with that other agent. Ill definitely be referring him to family and friends. Thank you for everything Adam, you were outstanding!

Adam was amazing to work with. I was buying my first home and was very intimidated at first by the daunting task ahead of me and fearful of the horror stories I had heard from friends; but Adam made it an extremely easy and a pleasant experience. I had no idea what type of house I wanted or could even afford and Adam worked with me every step of the way helping me understand the differences and subtleties in the real estate market in order to find the house that best fit me, and not just the best sale. After only a short amount of time Adam had learned exactly what I wanted in a house and started showing me suggestions I never thought to ask for. It was almost as if he knew my preferences better than I did because he took the time to ask me questions and work with me. When I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for in the area I thought I wanted, he recommended a nearby area and suggested to me the house I eventually bought. I love my new house and I never would have even thought to ask for it had it not been for Adams knowledge of the area and his ability to understand me as a home buyer. Adam was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time. He answered all of my questions (which were many) in a timely fashion and worked with me and my difficult work schedule. I know for a fact I would not be in the house I am in now or as happy as I am with my purchase if I went with another Realtor. I cant say enough how pleasant and easy this whole experience was working with someone as knowledgeable and friendly as Adam. If you get the chance you simply must work with him, you wont regret it.

Where do I begin with my experience with Adam...He is an all around great guy who went over and beyond to help me purchase my first house. I met Adam when I went to an open house and even though I didnt up end up buying that one, I knew Adam was the guy I wanted to help me along the way. Adam consistently sent me listings and was willing to meet early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate my schedule since I commuted from Frederick to NOVA and went to grad classes at night.Throughout the entire process, he wasnt just a realtor but a friend that I could depend on to return my texts or calls and more importantly, tell me straight up what he thought about the listing in question. When it came time to buying my house, since he has fantastic contacts at Presidential and Sage Title Group, I was already qualified and had all my ducks in a row to submit an offer on the spot. Not only did he help me get the best deal possible on this place, we were able to get me into an awesome town home in a great neighborhood for next to nothing. All-in-All, if I were to do it all over again today, I would be extremely grateful to have anywhere near the experience I had buying my first home. Go with Adam because he will get the job done. As a first time home buyer, my husband and I had a hard time narrowing down exactly what we wanted in a house. You might even say we were the epitome of difficult customers with how often we changed our minds often and our hesitation in making such an important purchase. Through it all Adam maintained an air of professionalism and courtesy. He made sure that he was always available to us and maintained constant contact with us without being overbearing. He was willing to show us any house that we wanted to see and he worked around our limited schedules to show them to us. Adams easy going nature helped to alleviate some of the stress that goes along with buying a home and I would highly recommend working with him.
