We contacted Jennifer on the recommendation of a co-worker who purchased her home using Jennifer and her team. Using Jennifer and her team as our real estate agent was one of the best decisions we made. Not only was she responsive and well informed, her entire time is responsive and well informed. Anytime we had a question, we received a quick response giving us the feedback and information we needed. Additionally, she was very helpful in providing us with the guidance necessary to ensure that the home we are selling is in the necessary condition to be listed and (hopefully) sell quickly. The vendors that she has working relationships with and recommended to us were also phenomenal. Jennifer is a professional who surrounds herself with other professionals who work together to provide an excellent experience for her clients. I can only recommend her to other individuals look to buy, sell, or do both.

The Jennifer Young Team (JYT) was awesome! I had interviewed five other realtors before I met with Jennifer Young and upon hearing her approach & proposal, chose her team; they did not disappoint. They clearly knew the area; how to price, market, and sell a house; the various processes & requirements, etc, and have a proven methodology as demonstrated by their excellent performance metrics. Within a few days of the listing I had 20 scheduled showings and multiple offers! The accepted offer was $5K above list price and I was able to settle in less than one month from the listing date! Being somewhat of a pessimist, I kept waiting for a snafu - but none ever came! The JYT was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Jennifer Young and her team to anyone in the area!

We recently sold our house thanks to Jennifer Young and her team. It was a long process (not the fault of the JY team) but we finally made it. Jennifer Young and her team were awesome! Finding the right realtor was difficult but once we had a phone interview with them (late in the evening after dinner which was much appreciated with our busy schedules) we knew they were our realtors. They were patient and willingly to answer any questions, and if they did not know the answers, they were willingly to find out. They were always assessable through e-mail or phone, and they were very responsive. Again, it was a long process but they were encouraging the whole time. Thanks again to the team for doing an awesome job!

We picked Jennifer to be our agent when we sold our home based on the good reviews we read online about her. Our experience was less than satisfactory. She is more interested in selling your house quickly and getting her commission instead of working in the best interest of her customers. Took about 4 months to sell our home and almost all of her suggestions and advice to upgrade our home or fix things here and there to make the house attractive for buyers ended up costing us a lot of money with little to no return. I would not advice Jennifer as a sellers agent.
