They led us on, no limit to what lies they told us in person. Get everything in writing if you deal with these scumbags. They sat on our house for YEARS, only when the contract came close to ending did they start bringing people by. One open house, if you could call it that. No advertising that was real or that worked. We dumped these fake people and the next person sold the house in months.
