This was my first experience with buying a home since I built my first home nearly 30 years ago. I recently relocated to the Stafford, VA area and when I decided to purchase a home, I did an on-line search and found that Century 21 scored the highest in the on-line reviews. I requested some information from Renee Williams and was contacted the that same day. We met to discuss my requirements and I quickly discovered that I chose the right person. She is high energy and very enthusiastic. The entire buying process was fully explained to me and Renee went right to work. Renee demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and found a number of homes that would meet my needs. The advice she gave to me for the specific homes’ features as well as the future resale potential was invaluable. We found my new home, quickly put together the winning offer, and we were under contract the next day. She was outstanding in every aspect and I couldn’t be happier. What impressed me the most with Renee was that she was so responsive and in fact, she anticipated my questions. She worked with the lender, the home inspector, and the seller’s agent to ensure that the process was smooth and that everything would be in place for the settlement. And, it was! Renee is very friendly, always upbeat, and extremely personable. She took the time to learn about me and not just my ‘list of house requirements’. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. Renee definitely makes you her priority and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent.

We moved to Stafford, VA about one year ago and worked with Elaine Molina. We came from New England and didnt know the area or where to look. Elaine took our stats from an open house for what our needs were then recommended different properties. My family was remote, so when I found a house I liked, Elaine did a video tour with narration for my wife in three segments. She put together the offer package recommending a warranty, seller paying for the inspection, and did comparisons for what we should pay. Elaine then followed up through the intermediate time connecting us with flooring people to redo the carpet, and a mortgage broker that saved us $7,000 due at closing at a lower rate than either of the two banks we were pre-approved with. Three weeks after we moved in, the furnace went out and, thanks to the warranty (which I never would have thought about) it only cost us $200. We utilized Angela Epting for our first home purchase and had an excellent experience! I know a number of realtors, some personally, but decided to go with Angela because she seemed more patient, personable, and had a stronger work ethic. And I was right...she listens to you, she will drive all over the place to look at houses with you, she is efficient and very timely on correspondence, and quick to perform all the little tasks it takes for a property transaction. Plus, she has the EXPERIENCE and KNOWS real estate. Furthermore, I observed her work countless hours on helping my parents (who live out of state) investigate rental property in Virginia. She maintained a superb long-distance business relationship with them and performed much of the ground work here in Virginia for them. In short, I have no problem recommending Angela as an agent because of her patience, timely work ethic, real estate knowledge, excellent people skills, and solid character.

Renee was with us every step of the way, from locating a realtor for us in Georgia to help rent out our previous house, to viewing a prospective home for us that we found online to give us a "real" impression prior to our trip to Virginia. I worked with Renee Williams to sell two rental homes at the same time. She was extraordinary in her attention to details, responsiveness and making me feel like I was her only client though I know I wasnt. The homes were tenant-occupied and I live north in Alexandria. Without totally disrupting their lives, she worked with the tenants to gain contractor access to prepare the homes for showing and sale. She was amazing and saved me hours of time driving south to do the work and coordination that she completed for me.
