My husband and I agonized for five years about whether to sell our larger house and downsize after our children grew up and left home. Tyler worked with us that entire time - even helping me midway when I got overwhelmed with decision making by sending me suggestions for lights to buy!! During the time we were trying to decide to sell, I never felt Tyler was pressuring us. He just continued to give us calm, good advice, so that when we were ready, he was ready to help us sell our house. Our house sold in one day - and the entire team - from Tyler to Sean to Matt to Rachel - helped us feel comfortable about the process when we were ready. (And Stuart was a huge help when we decided to buy at the same time we were selling!) I cant say enough good things about this team. In addition to knowing their business, they are genuinely kind and caring people that we enjoyed knowing. I cant recommend them highly enough if you want to buy or sell a house. They know their stuff and they will care about you while they are negotiating buying and selling!

When my partner and I first had the crazy idea of trading in the hustle and bustle of Richmond City for the slower pace of country life we had no idea where to begin. First we had our home in the city to sell and then we had to start the daunting task of finding our perfect country hide away. We had not had a positive experience in the past with our previous real estate agent and decided to put our home on the market as a For Sale by Owner. We were contacted by Tyler after he ran across our ad on craigslist and we reluctantly decided to meet with him to see if he could help us. To say we were presently surprised is an understatement of mass proportion. Tyler took the negative association I had with realtors and flipped it right on its back. Im really impressed with Tyler Rackley. He is professional, prompt, capable, and just an altogether good guy. He really goes the extra mile for anyone he works with, and he understands what customer service means. Tyler takes all requests seriously and always does things in a timely manner- he knows Richmond, and he knows real estate. We actually rented an apartment from him, and had an outstanding experience. He always made himself available to us and helped us out however he possibly could-- Im sure he takes this approach in buying and selling real estate as well. He has some of the cleanest, most energy efficient, and nicest rental properties that Ive seen in downtown Richmond. He understands what makes a piece of property have REAL value and quality. I would recommend Tyler Rackley wholeheartedly as a landlord, real estate agent, and/or consultant-- he really is the best out there!

The Team at GO Richmond Real Estate were wonderful! I had a great experience working with Sean and Stuart - 2 of the best realtors in Richmond! They were informative and their knowledge of real estate truly gave me an upper hand when locating my home. The most valuable part is that they are HONEST and always kept me as a priority. If they felt a home was not up to my standards or felt it was a bad deal - they were upfront and provided great recommendations. They made the experience about me and finding a home that is right for me. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and did not know anything about owning a home. Sean and Stuart made the entire home buying process super easy! I definitely recommend them as you will not be disappointed and will probably look to them when buying my next home! My husband and I started the process of selling our home with Tyler and the Keller Williams team well over a year ago with the initial contact. We were not quite ready to put our house on the market but Tyler gave us great advise and guidance. When we were finally ready to put our house on the market Tyler came out to help us with staging and price. We worked for a month to do everything that Tyler suggested assuming that his experience and our hard work would pay off, and it certainly did!!! I was really impressed at how he dealt with all issues that came up with the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house.
