Look no further for the best Real Estate Team to help you successfully sell your home!! My experience with the Blackwell Realty Team was extremely positive. Selling a home is stressful, or at least I am told it is. The Blackwell team made that experience seem like a "walk in the park". They communicated on a regular basis to keep me informed on the progress of the sale. Their recommendations for improvements to add value to the selling process were "spot on". They are very aware of the balance that needs to be around selling price, cost of improvements, and counter offers. I met Patrick Blood of Blackwell Realty when I went to look at a home he was selling for another client--this was before I had an agent in WV, and I knew right away, I wanted Patrick to be the agent to represent me as well.
