AWESOME BUSINESS! I had previously had my entire front end (tie rods, hubs, ball joints, and so on) changed on my 2006 Dodge Ram by another business; however, I started hearing a metal to metal grinding noise and took the truck to Carters, he put it on the lift and put grease in the ball joint that the other business did not do and sent me on my way at no cost! Great ownership and business brings additional blessings!

Good honest people. I went in for an inspection. They knew I was going to be fixing the vehicle myself so told me where the obvious place to start in troubleshooting my parking brake was. My dad recommended this place to me and I was just as happy with them as he was. I already have a contract with another company for for brakes and tires, but otherwise wont be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

This is the best shop Ive ever been to. Hes honest to the point where he is not afraid to give you bad news - or even good news that results in a lower repair bill. Got referred to him by a family member and never looked back - and we live half an hour away. Well worth it.
