Anything you need, Old Dominion Auto and Transmission has the right people to get the job done, and in a timely fashion. All different makes and models are welcomed and the expertise doesnt get any better. This is a well-rounded group capable of just about anything. Not only are they savvy with automobiles, but also with kids! They are sponsoring an *Olympic Wrestling Gold Medalist coming to Norfolk, VA in order to inspire the youth in the toughest and oldest sport known to man! Itinerary is below: Location: Norfolk Collegiate Times: June 17 and 18 June 17 (Friday) Registration: 5pm Session I: 5:30-7:30 PM June 18 (Saturday) Session II: 9:00-11:00 AM Lunch: 11:00-Noon (Bring bag lunch) Session III: Noon-3pm Price: $120 * The Olympic Gold Medalist is Kendall Cross ** There will be 7 hours of technique coming straight from the Olympic Training Centers around the world. Terrible. They just pulled parts and never fixed the problem. Had a coolant leak on my VW. Brought it back, still leaking. Was told it was now a new leak. This went on several times, more parts changed out, replaced. I finally was told car needed a new heater core, $850+. I took it to another mechanic. They found what the leak had been all along, a flange had been bolted back to the car without the O ring and with two different size bolts so of course it would not seal properly!!!! They then told me it was a mechanics fault who no longer worked there.. That mechanic though only replaced an axle, never worked on the car again after that and he was the one who properly fixed it this time around at Costal Imports on 21st street in Norfolk!! Old Dominion thought I was their personal ATM! Through with them!

NEVER GO HERE! Ripped off, STOLEN PARTS that i paid for ($300+) and they begged me not to report it to my insurance company, which i did. It took them 3 weeks to fix nothing and the owner yelled at me when I called him out for stealing from me. Then apologized when i was 100% right. They also shut their doors and CHANGED THEIR NAME conveniently after i did so from "East Coast Truck & Auto" look them up on yelp or whatever and youll see the same reviews. A BUNCH OF THIEVES! NEVER GO HERE! if you do you are making a HUGE MISTAKE.

Avoid this place at all costs. I called them and they referred me to the transmission guy who works in the back. He said he would diagnose my car for free. But he twice failed to keep a self-imposed deadline and so I picked it up after five days with nothing accomplished. Not only that, he broke the door handle somehow and also left the car unlocked on the street. Given the number of decent shops in the area, there is no reason for you to ever take any of your property near this place.

I live in Richmond, VA and my son is a student at ODU. His car broke down. I called Old Dominion Auto and spoke with Steve Goldston. My son car was running hot and it was dropped off in the Evening hours just before closing time and he had it fixed the next morning. He replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator. The price was reasonable. He kept in touch with me and got permission before doing the work. Great shop, I highly recommend them. James.

Ive been coming to old dominion auto for 2 years now and i always get treated well. i own a Volvo so the repair cost is always high but they always work with me to get my car repaired quickly and as fair as possible. also an added bonus i can always have a good conversation with their mechanic Cody.

Very nice and helpful! My car wouldnt start and I was stuck in the ODU parking lot. Steve came out and helped jump start my car and took it back to the shop to fix what was wrong. Very quick service and affordable. I was very happy and would recommend to anyone in the area!!
