I was experiencing a shimmy/vibration of sorts when slowing down &/or braking in my 2008 Chevy Equinox. I went to Mid Atlantic Tire as they are the only service center I have the trust & confidence in to safely & correctly manage all my vehicle needs on the eastern shore of Maryland. I spoke to Terry Johns the owner who has always exuded the highest quality professionalism and knowledge in any automotive service establishment I have been to in my 30 plus years of driving and owning vehicles of many types. Terry as always approached the situation with concern, caring and understanding. Terry wrote up the work order and passed it to the technician that normally cares for my car, Carlos. Carlos is simply incredible. His technical expertise has never failed at any task presented to him concerning my vehicle and has never had to refer work out.. As usual Carlos determined that my 2 front tires were a bit out of balance and the front end aliment needed some adjustment. Once Carols completed the required work there was no longer a shimmy/vibration when slowing or braking. To some these may appear to be simple task but, for me it is piece of mind that my vehicle will operate safely. The entire staff (Terry, Rich, Carlos Ryan & Cody) at Mid Atlantic Tire are always at the top of their game and ready to take on any challenge. The price, quality, expertise, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism are the epitome of a successful a business. Mid Atlantic Tire is an example for others to follow. Respectfully, Kevin Bateman

Thank God for Mid Atlantic Tire Pros, they are truly the best! We were on our way to Ocean City and started experiencing car problems. By the grace of God it happened at the intersection a few blocks away from Mid - Atlantic Tire. Terry greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcome. He was not able to fix our extensive brake problem that day because it was on a Saturday afternoon. However, he was able to determine what needed to be done. We were from out of town and was not able to secure a rental car. Terry let us use a loaner vehicle. We would have had a terrible weekend if it wasnt for him. We came back on Monday and had a short wait but it was well worth it. Everyone that works there are Pros. Very knowledgeable, professional people. Terry was off on Monday but had left a note for Carlos explaining our situaction. Carlos assured us that we were in good hands and he was right. I just cant say enough about this place,staff and the way that they make you feel comfortable. I will drive here again to have work done on my vehicle. Thank you all for what you do everyday. From the reviews that Ive read, you make every customer feel special. I thought we were the only ones!!!! lol I just cant thank your staff enough! We are truly greatful!

What a wonderful experience each and every time! Tonight I arrived at two minutes to closing time with a very low tire, a sleeping child and a rambunctious puppy. I normally would not have gone in anywhere right at closing but I didnt feel like I could continue driving safely. Terry and his staff were not only helpful and proficient, but extremely friendly and welcoming. They immediately took my car back to put nitrogen in my tires and in the meantime, had treats for my puppy and candy, cookies, toys and TV to appease my sleepy child. It is very clear that customer service is a high priority. In about five minutes, my tires were done and they took the time to talk with me about preventing future issues. I have taken my car in for low tire pressure a couple of times before and have always had similar experiences. Not only will I be using them for my tire needs, but I will certainly be utilizing their other services as well. Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional, honest and reliable service and who really values their customers.

Broke down on Saturday, AAA took me there. I was told that its probably the Alternator but dosent have time on Saturday to test it for conformation. Was told that they would look at it Monday. Left and waited Monday morning I called and they confirmed it was an Alternator. Difficult job because it was in back of the engine, gave them OK to proceed. Staff was very nice. They had to remove an axel to get to Alternator which in turn called for Allighment which caused for tie rod end. Was informed of the price of extras. They had it finished and I was on the way home. They also gave me an extra 10% discount so I could afford it. Thanks Terry and Courtney.

Very helpful servicing. I was well taken care of as i encountered an unexpected vehicle issue all of the sudden traveling from out of town--I dropped it off on after hours on a Friday evening and was impressed especially for the said busyness of the shop on a Saturday , I was still able to get an issue resolved enough that I was able to get back home to a local mechanic. I was pleased with the shops convience factor and superb customer service. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and the pricing was reasonable as well.

Going to these guys is like going to your best friends house who happens to be a Grade A mechanic. I trust these guys beyond all doubt. They are highly trustworthy, always a job well done...and if you are not happy with what was done, then they will make it right every time. I am moving an hour away, but will bring my car back here because I can trust these guys. That is a refreshing trait in todays world.

We ran over a bolt on the way to Lowes. When we came out of Lowes the tire was hissing and going flat. Mid Atlantic tire was the only tire place still open in Easton. Pulled in at 2:50 and pulled out at 3:10 all fixed. They close at 3. Thank you for saving the day for us.
