Came in on 7-19-17 to have 5 tires mounted with new valve stems on the existing tires that had the metal tire pressure stems ( 3 tires total still had old stems). Stated I was taking the old tires back. Picked up Jeep and was charged for tire disposal! Then on top of it they did not change out the old valve stems when I specifically said and showed the older man at the front exactly what I was talking about. Came back over the very next day 7-20-17 and said I wanted my money back for the tire disposal fee. Then the older man said they forgot to charge me for valve stems so I would have to pay that. Didnt matter that I was totally inconvenienced because of their lack of communication on their part! I wont be back!

CAUTIOUS: Went to this business on 6/29/17 to get tires checked and left with 15 lug nuts stripped and 2 broken valve stems. The owner showed my husband AFTER he removed the tires about the valve stems and lied and denied that he caused the damage. Needless to say, we had to go to the dealer afterwards to pay to get the damages fixed. The owner only offered for us to come back and pay again for damages that he caused. Now why would we be a fool again.

What Service I called this morning and al said bring it in I can make it happen, my air conditioning was not working in the hundred degree temperatures its crazy, him and his team fix my car and had it back to me by lunchtime thats what I call service. Dad that as hot it is outside working under the hood of that hot car thats not an easy job I really appreciate your help

I was out the door on my way to work when I saw that I had a flat tire. One of my tires was worn down and needed to be replaced. I called C&H at 1:45PM, and was leaving their shop with a new tire by 3:00PM. This shop was prompt and had excellent service.

Excellent service! A/C went down at 2pm. I called and asked if they would look at it. I arrived at 4 and they had me out by 5:30 WITH AC. Hats off gents!
