I started taking my cars here after the Chrysler dealer up the street was unable to diagnose my cars fuel issue after having it for an entire week ( another story, another review). They were able to resolve the problem within a few hours and for a VERY (i.e. low) cost. Since then I have used First Choice exclusively and cant say enough about how helpful and professional they have been . A few examples- pointing me to lower cost (but better rated) tires for both of my cars, refraining from "padding" repairs with unnecessary add-ons, always keeping me in the loop should something unforeseen occur , etc. They have dropped me off at my home, delivered the car after repairs, and even washed them for me before I arrived to pickup. I have always found them to be honest and forthcoming at all times with me , and frankly do not understand some of the negative posts I have read. I know in any business sometimes things do not go well all of the time, but I have personally seen the managers bend over backward to resolve issues with customers who had issues; they always seemed to walk out happy and satisfied that they had been taken care of. I am sure if you go here for your repair needs you will be as satisfied as I have been.

When I first started taking my car here a couple years ago, I was very happy with there service. But they have been slowly going down hill (a lot of little things) until this final straw. I took my car in after hearing a scraping sound when doing right turns. The technician kept insisting that the problem was breaks and pads. I knew from the nature of the sound that that was impossible. He insisted, so I said whatever. It took him 3 days to do a simple pads and rotors job. It turned out that the scraping was not the pads and rotors. He had to do more troubleshooting and it turned out it was a broken sway bar, which makes perfect sense. It took 2 more days to fix this. Then a couple days later I hear a very load whining/ringing sound when applying the breaks at highway speeds. Took it back in and told them I needed them to fix their problem by closing time that day. They couldnt finish a simple pads and rotor job in a day. They are pathetic and there technicians are incompetent. All of the work was performed by 2 different techs and both have shown that they are not very good at their jobs.

This place is the most unprofessional low quality place you could take your car! I took my car to get a wheel alignment and the had my car all day and didnt get it completed. After coming to pick up my car after they had if for 10hrs and after a scheduled appointment they said if you dont like it then take your car and Leave. After that experience I wrote a review a negative one at that. Now a few month go by and I figured what the heck let me try them again right! Wrong! I walk in they ask my name and once it tell them they say ohh! You wrote a bad review we are not going to work on your car, mind you I called them on the phone and asked prior could they do it! The guy was rude after he seen I wrote a bad review! You would thing they would try to right the wrongs but not this unprofessional bunch of of rag tag guy! Id be surprised to see if they last now that they are under management and ownership! There was other things I could explain here about how bad they are but I digress. Please dont patronize with this company!

Horrible experience .. I am a business owner of a construction company. Tow truck driver, who admitted to being a dump truck driver and untrained on towing, damaged my vehicle & driveway. ( dropped vehicle off truck while I was in it holding the brakes and slid rear tow bar all over my asphalt driveway) I had to initiate contact and I was given attitude immediately by Robin. Then Robin blew me off for a week before i had to make noise just to get someone out here to assess damages. Service mgr john and mechanic tom came out and were professional and courteous but at that point it was too late and all 3 are flat out calling me and my mom liars and eluding to not paying for damages. I am Still trying to find out if they are going to pay and the owner dave has not even given me the courtesy of a phone call or emailI reassuring me this is going to be handled professionally. Look like it lawsuit time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have taken all 3 of my cars for service (tires, breaks, oil changes) to First Choice over the past year and would highly recommend them. They were very professional and actually took an interest in taking care of my cars. Not everything goes as perfect as we like and I appreciate the techs calling and letting me knew when they found an issue I was unaware of. Their prices are reasonable and repair time is as promised baring unforeseen issues. As the car repair industry has a reputation of being a shady operation, I trust First Choice. In todays society everyone has a gripe about something and there is way too much negativity. The 1 to 5 star range of reviews seems strange to me, given my experience at First Choice. I hope if you decide to take your car there, you will be satisfied with their repair work and customer service. Keep up the good work First Choice!

The absolute worst! This would be my last choice, we will never go there again. This is the most unprofessional operation that I have ever come across. I tried to bring my dissatisfaction of their work and damage to my vehicle to the attention of the owner, I was told he was unavailable but that he would be calling me. Well, we are still waiting for that phone call. If I could I would give it zero stars but I had to give it at least one for this posting. To all who may consider taking their car to this facility, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This place is an absolute joke. There are many good and reputable repair facilities out there, this is NOT one of them. As a follow up, it is now 6 days since I took my vehicle to this facility and no one has bothered to contact me, but I am really not surprised. Save your money and your vehicle, find another repair facility.

I had a good experience with First Choice, and would definitely recommend them. I live nearby, but First Choice picked me up for a AAA tow in Bmore. I ended up getting my service at their shop. After the driver loaded my car, we drove around to some AAA places, and we couldnt find one still open on Saturday afternoon. AAA told me the nearest open shop was in Towson. The driver told me he could bring it back to his shop, since I live nearby and he had to get back to the shop anyway. So I got a free tow, all the way from downtown. Once they opened on Monday, Dave called and gave me the cost to get everything fixed. It was reasonable, so of course I accepted. They had my car ready the same day. Pretty great seeing as they didnt even have a chance to look at my car before that morning.
