The owner of the company is very dishonest. I brought my car in a Toyota Corrolla. I got in a small accident and asked that he repair the back tire. The owner had my car for 3 months and never looked at my car. I called him daily and would drop by the shop and asked if there had been progress. He kept saying he did not get time to look at it. I dropped by again and for the last time and he stated that he had looked at it and that the car was totaled. He stated that the frame was bent. He stated he would do me a favor and get rid of the car and he wouldnt charge me anything. It was until he said this I began to wipe the word FOOL of my face. I had my car towed out of there immediately and off to a reputable mechanic. That mechanic said you just need a left axel and a tire. Charged me $350 and I have been driving that car for the last 4 years without any other mechanicle problems at all. Please dont waste your time or money with this guy

Fantastic place to get your car fixed. Glen Waters is the owner/mechanic and he is an honest man, and very competent too, very skilled at what he does. My Sonatas front brakes had started binding really bad, so I called several shops in the area and they all wanted over thousand bucks to fix it, which is ridiculous. I called Water auto service out of desperation not knowing what to expect, but he said he will do a complete front end brake job for 500 bucks, which is actually what it should cost but many crooked mechanics will want over thousand bucks for it. Anyways Glen gave my car a complete new front end (new rotors, pads, and calipers) for five hundred and he did it the same day because my situation was dire. Dont hesitate to go to Water auto service for your car needs.

Glen as always and i know for a fact im not the only one that kept getting a run around .. and by me saying this ... you know Mr Glen... what im talking about...the appointment dates and time set up can be frustrating on achieving a job tasks... and the cause can lead to feeling upset or annoyed, typically as a result of being giving run a rounds for a period of time...pay more for a piece of mind... thats my advice

I have a ’98 Honda Civic EX which Glen serviced several times. Each time I brought the car to him, I usually had an idea what my Honda’s mechanical problem was. Each time glen serviced, he found exactly what my issues were, and fixed them perfectly. His auto rate may be a little high. But then again, you get what you pay for – quality service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
