I recently went to P.T. because I needed a oil change and wanted a inspection of my vehicle because I was taking a long trip. The manager (Aaron) was amazing!!! He was personable, knowledgeable, and just a very welcoming guy. He went over the issues with my vehicle and explained the reasons why I needed a particular service. I stopped going to P.T. because their prior manager was cold. I am a huge beliver in great customer service and I received it on this trip. P.T. you have gotten me back as a customer. I am very skeptical of auto shops because I was taken for a ride with a prior vehicle. I dont feel like I am being taken advantage of at this location.

From the speediness of my mechanic, to the friendliness of the receptionist, my overall experience was beyond a ten. I just moved to the area and needed an oil change. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. They were nice enough to check out everything going on with my car to keep me informed and even quoted me on each recommendation line by line. I had an appointment for an inspection at 8am and almost as soon as I got there they got my paperwork done and moved my car into the shop for inspection. It did fail on one aspect and they immediately gave me the estimate to fix it and reinspect the car. Ive already made an appointment for it. Theyre very honest and obviously care about more then just money. I think Ill be going here for as long as I live in this area. They also have great Groupon deals that are easy to use.

Aaron made me feel like he truly understands my concerns and did everything he could to help me out. The crew is very efficient. When they say your car will be done at noon... Its done by 11:59. I drove my car to your Edgewood store after hitting a pothole, I blew out my tire, I was visibly shaken up, Aaron your employee, quickly got on the phone and was able to find me a new tires and was able to squeeze me in even though it was end of the day. We came in for an expensive AC repair, turned out that the ac had just been over charged. They had us in and out super fast, and we havent had an issue since. Saved us about $1000.00 on the replacement.
