I had my truck there for a simple inspection. Nothing at all wrong with the vehicle. I just rotated the tires two days before, and checked the lug nuts with a torque wrench. 100 lbs. per lug nut. They put a floor jack under the right front in a position where it would slip and bend something. I saw the old man inspector and the look on his face when it slipped. A not to surprised look, more of a thats just what I expected look with a dishonest grin. There was no need to rotate the wheel to view the front brakes because the after market wheels are wide open and the thickness of the pads is easy to view. I check them myself regularly. And I am in the habit of replacing them at the 40,000 mile mark so as to always have excellent brakes The vehicle is a 2006 with 80,000 miles gently driven in the city to and from work only. He is purposely trying to damage customer vehicles, or, he is incompetent with his position. Furthermore, after watching this procedure I knew there was a need to check the side of the vehicle that was not facing the lounge area. Upon arrival at my home I got the torque wrench out and checked all 20 lug nuts for the 100 lbs. I previously set them to. To my surprise I found three lug nuts loose, two on the rear wheel and one on the front wheel. I was shocked to find this dishonest trick was played on my work vehicle. So naturally I wanted to share this with the public. They must be hard up for work to try and damage unsuspecting citizens vehicles. My opinion, for what it is worth, these persons operating this establishment are Crooks and Thieves. They should be Tarred and Feathered and paraded thru the city......................... Honestly, One Poor Citizen

Not sure what Robert was on writing his review above, but I just left there for the first time, my regular mech, doesnt do inspections anymore, I gave them the ultimate vehicle to find problems with, though there shouldnt have been any, a 1992 F250 Heavy duty diesel, they did their job. Inspected the truck, and were very professional, they will be getting more of my business, my only complaint, their waiting room is too small...
