This car shop has the worst service yet. I got some brake shoes installed in December. Then I got some brake pads installed in late Feb. Then my car was squeaking like crazy. I went back to the shop a couple days later. I explained to them i had ALL my brake work done there. They had a perfect chance to see why my car was squeaking. They gave my car a test drive. They couldnt find anything wrong with my brakes. They said it would take weeks for my brake pads to "break" in. My car continue to squeaking. I took it to another shop. They said Meineke did "slapstick" work. They didnt align my brake shoes up or clean up the brake dust. I called up the corp office which told them. They refuse to reimburse me my $30. Avoid meineke at all cost. (And of course, corp defend their franchises). They refuse to accept resposibilty for their screw-ups. I wouldnt trust them to wipe my booty after I crap in the toliet. I would give them 0 stars but thats not an optio

Dont ever waste your time going here. I made a 2pm appointment online and showed up 10 minutes early. The lady said Corporate is very aggressive, they make appointments and never tell us. Anyway she apologized. However I walked up pissed after waiting 45 minutes and they didnt even touch my car. I told her I was leaving because they didnt honor my 2pm appointment. She didnt care she simply said okay come back later. And the worst part is she had a dog lying on the chair that customers are suppose to sit on. The dog wet up the chair witg its nose.One customer told me that its nasty to have the dog lying where people have to sit. Im a dog lover but I have to agree with him. Some customers could be allergic to dogs. Additionally The other chairs looked very dirty. I will never use this place ever again. Unprofessional

Jeff and the rest of the people are very honest here. I brought in a car that I thought needed a brake change and left it. 15 minutes later Jeff called me and said that nothing is wrong with me brakes. He also checked the work that was done on my car by the shady place that told me i needed new brakes and made sure u was good to go. The only price was a handshake and some conversation. I WILL be bringing my car back here for anything other needs in the future. Jeff saved me probably 600 dollars. Place is amazing and people are awesome.

Went in for an Oil change , they did not put any oil in my vehicle, gave me my keys as if my Jeep was ready. I went 4 blocks my Jeep cut off, open the hood saw that the oil cap was off check the oil, NO oil in the motor. Total loss of my vehicle because of Negligence of the Mechanic. The only reason why this rated 1 star is because I couldnt post without selecting a rating : (

Man I tell you this place is the best. . The mechanic there by the name of Chuck is the greatest. He took the time to really trouble shoot my exhaust issue. He explained everything to me and fixed my issues. His prices where honest and fair I honestly would recommend this place to any one.. they are very affordable and knowledgeable... thanks chuck

Jeff the master mechanic really looked out when the Toyota dealership tried to get over on me.. The office manager Alicia was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back in the future...and I will recommend anyone to go to them....Thanks for saving me $200.00
