SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST AND REALLY NASTY TO CUSTOMERS. Took the car there to get estimate on several things including the check engine light illuminated, engine leak and other regular maintenance. The owner, Fred, proceeded with all the repairs and maintenance without giving me estimate and seeking my authorization for the work. When asked why he proceeded with all the work, he said it was easier for him to do the work when things were already opened. Really? Without my authorization? Despite that, I agreed to pay some of the repair and maintenance work ($900 total) but certainly not the excessive charges such as 3.5 hours ($360) for cleaning oil leak and $110 for oil change (Cadillac dealer charges $90). He agreed to remove the extra charges over the phone. When I arrived there to pay and pick up my car, he denied that agreement and started to yell, scream, curse at me. Wow!! This is customer service?

During state inspection, Miller Toyota said we needed rear brake pads & drums, $700 (for 2000 Sienna). Haymarket Motors bid $350 for the exact same work, then did the pads for $250, and said the drums were fine. Fred saved us $450.
