I brought my Mk6 GTi to Bill and team for them to complete a Unitronic Stage 2 tune, and could not be happier with the level of service received, their knowledge, kindness, and all around helpfulness. My experience started out with a phone call, where Bill explained what the process entailed, how much time it usually took, and what I could expect for pricing. Bill was able to work with me on timing, and even took time to explain the best way to get to the shop from 29. I was extremely happy to hear that unlike some other shops, EuroService doesnt charge any extra cost above whats listed on the Unitronic website for any of their services. No hidden install fees, no shop time, etc. I brought my car in first thing on Wednesday morning, and was met with a smile, a handshake, and a cup of coffee. I waited in the lobby while they tuned the car, and I was extremely impressed. Though small, the waiting area is very nice, and had coffee, drinks, a strong wifi connection, and plenty of power outlets (though no table, I was able to work comfortably from the lounge). Bill and team, thank you so much for the great service! You guys are truly a fantastic shop, and I will be recommending you to any of my friends in the area with European cars.

After my experience with EuroService, I can assure you that they care about providing quality service. I brought my Jetta in for regular maintenance and to have the battery replaced. When I picked it up, I realized the radio needed to be reprogrammed, so I brought it back. While it was in the bay, they noticed it was leaking oil and checked everything over until they found it was coming from a faulty oil filter. A few days later, I realized it was still making a funky sound. So the technician rode in the car with me until he could hear the sound and diagnose it. They went above and beyond to make sure it was convenient and easy to get my car in for a second time in a week. I would trust them with any repairs my VW needs.

My VW recently broke down while traveling through Warrenton. I brought it to Euroservice at 9 in the morning and was back on my way by 11! Luckily the problem wasnt serious and even though they were busy, they fit me in, made the repair, and took the time to explain what had happened. I chose this shop based on other 5 star reviews so Im happy to add another one to the list. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated their helping a stranded traveler and would definitely do business with them again!

Bill and his entire staff were awesome, kind, and honest! They were meticulous when servicing my my Volkswagen. I drove about an hour to get my car serviced at their shop, and Ill do it again because they are the best. From general servicing to performance upgrades for your Volkswagen, BMW, Volvo, and Mercedes they are the best and competitively priced. Just give them a call and youll be astonished by their wonderful customer service.
