I met the owner at a health convention and was encouraged to come since your first class is free. 9 Round is an innovating gym and you get a really good workout in 30 minutes! The workers make it fun, I usually stay another 30 minutes. Stick to the meal plan and youll get great results. Beginner and advanced friendly.

The staff is great at 9Round Henrico. The variety of the workouts make it interesting and does not allow me to avoid the exercises that I really need to do.
