I am so upset with the service of this gym. My husband and I got married last year and moved to TX since he got military orders. I sent proof we were moved to Texas to the management and they said theyd cancel the membership due to the military clause. Occasionally id notice $16 charge out of my account but it was like twice. Come to find out I get a letter in the mail saying theyve sent my account to collections and the balance is pretty high. I am refusing to pay this because THEY had proof of my move and yet still charged me and now have sent my account to collection. Instead of contacting me when all my contact info is the same, or honoring the proof I gave they did this. Hopefully they can solve this because if they dont Ill see them in court.

Love the gym itself. They have every piece of equipment you could ever want. However, I docked 2 stars because their hours make me sad. I still have to have another gym membership to be able to go on fridays, saturdays, and sundays if I want to. Not everyone works a 9-5 monday through friday. I keep this membership because I love the fact that its only women and I dont have to worry about creepy men around or bro meatheads hogging gym equipment. At least I can come here and dont have to feel uncomfortable at the gym Monday through Thursday.

This is the best gym I have ever been a member of! I just moved and really miss it. Everyone there, the members and the staff are positive influences and have your best interests at heart. The variety of classes and equipment are great! The price is affordable. I really wish there was a Victory Lady in Northern Virginia.
