My hair salon that I have gone to for years was unable to schedule me yesterday and I was absolutely freaking out because I had a huge party I had to attend last night. I needed my roots touched up so badly and not to mention all of the "brassiness" that was in my hair. I couldnt wait any longer to get my hair done. I called Hair Savvy and they scheduled me right away yesterday and I went to see a girl named Gillian. Let me tell you right now, my hair is SUPER thick and coarse and she not only touched up my roots, but fixed all of the brassiness, was very attentive to my needs and was just the sweetest girl ever. I am a little self conscious about how thick my hair is and can never stand it when the first thing a hair stylist says is "God, your hair is so thick" and then they pull over 10 other stylists to show them how thick my hair is. Okay, I already know how thick my hair is, I dont need 10 other people confirming it. She didnt make a big deal at all about how thick my hair was, she just went right to work and did everything she could to make this a positive experience for me. So. Anyways, back to Gillian! She is just super amazing. I have pitch dark black hair naturally and she took out all of the dark and now i have this beautiful bright blonde hair and she gave me the best treatment I have ever experienced. Needless to say they have won my business and I will be returning there as a client from now on. They fit me in at the last minute and they were so kind about it and honestly I didnt think it was too pricey at all. For everything she corrected, wash, blow dry and flat ironed my hair, plus she touched up my roots and all of my hair was blonde, it was like $185. Not bad at all!! I was very thrilled with the end results. If you are looking for someone that just "does" hair, clocks in and clocks out-this isnt the place for you. But if you are looking for someone who is a true hair designer, this is the place for you. I felt like a princess the entire time, I will go back again and again and again!

I was looking for a hair salon to revamp my hair after a difficult divorce, and i went online and found Hair Savvy. I called right then and there and the receptionist was very helpful.She listened to my story and then referred me to a stylist. I saw Stephanie and absolutely fell in love with her as she immediately put me at ease. I had had the same hair cut and color for the past 5 years and was desperate for a change, but at the same time apprehensive. My hair had been a mousy brown for years and my blunt cut looked 15 years out of date. With Stephanies help i now have a beautiful blonde hair and layers that make me look ten years younger.I love how natural it looks and how easy the upkeep is. I was worried about going lighter, but it was great! What was so wonderful about this experience was that Stephanie consulted with me every step of the way. She took me from a mousy divorcée to a sexy single woman!!! I would recommend this salon a 100%!!!! I could not believe how many compliments i received, and i loved the look on my ex-husbands face when he saw me!!! While i was there there were several other stylists and all of their clients looked great! This was the best thing i ever did! The salon was beautiful and welcoming, the customer service superb, and the results gorgeous. After this, i wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. The price was also great very reasonable. I looked around at reviews before i booked and Hair Savvy is definitely the best value around!!

I had been there several times before, but the last time I went was not the most pleasant experience. My stylist seemed to just do her own thing and my haircut was too short, my eye-brows did not look like I had just had them done, and when I left my hair was poofy and frizzy (my stylist even said so), as a result of trying something that didnt work. I was very unimpressed to say the least when I left, and being such I called to speak with the owner, who I was even more unimpressed with. It is very difficult from the clients standpoint to call and make a complaint and the owner didnt make that any easier. Sounding annoyed the entire time and offering few to NO options on how to remedy the situation she left me even more upset than I had been before hand. I would not recommended this salon for anyone used to dealing with professionals...there are better places to spend your money.

Visited the salon for the first time this week, the shop is very cute but the technician barely acknowledged my presence, and never asked how I wanted my hair. A quick shampoo and she began doing her thing. I was stunned. No attempt to speak to me, NEVER asked what I wanted, it was the most shocking, rude treatment Ive ever experienced. I dont know how they earned these other high ratings, as my experience was so different. When she was done, she just wrapped up, never asked me if I was satisfied, didnt offer to walk me out or anything, just left me hanging there. As I was in a back section of the shop, in the corner, I awkwardly stood there wondering how to get out, it was ridiculous!!!! Maybe I caught them on a bad day but this was horrible. And by the way, my hair was flat and looked really bad. I was so disappointed and felt very ripped off.

I made an appointment with the extremely rude receptionist (owner?) a week ago for a cut/color for today. I arranged for childcare for my two toddlers and newborn baby and showed up for my appointment this morning only to find the salon closed. It is the day after Thanksgiving, and if they were planning on being closed they should not have put me on the schedule or I should have received a courtesy call informing me of their decision to close. I was a new customer to the salon and was very excited to get my hair done, especially after just having my third baby. LOUSY way to treat someone who was desperately looking for a new hair salon!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER return if this is the way they treat new customers BEFORE they even walk through the door, which by the way, is locked today!

I ABSOLUTELY love hair savvy!! they have most expiernenced stylist and i always get an amazing cut!! Oh and too the "nickname unavailable" who said the salon had lousy customer service I too had an appointment the day after thanksgiving and the door was locked bc there was only one stylist there and she was giving a massage at the moment. You should have just been a little patient, obviously the lights were on, someone had to be there. Or you could of tried just calling! Dont be whining just bc u werent smart enough to figure that out. Mona, your stylist that you stood up, actually ended up being able to take me earlier bc you stood her up. You just sound like a grouchy person maybe its best things didnt work out!
