I will NOT be going back...My first experience was excellent. I was so happy with the stylist and the service I received. I scheduled my second appointment, but called to reschedule to an earlier date due to a very important job interview. I specified the date of my interview and said that I needed an appointment this week. They were very accommodating. However, when I arrived for my appointment today, I was told that my appointment is for two weeks from today. I was calm while the front desk staff checked with the stylist to see if she could fit me in. She was unable to due to prior commitments, which is completely understandable. After speaking with the owner, I was told there must have been a miscommunication. I was also told I should have received a text confirmation of my appointment. Not once did she offer to try to fit me in. In a service industry, client satisfaction is of utmost importance. If I was the owner, I wouldnt have provided excuses. I would have provided a solution. My solution will be to return to Sagittarius Salon. This never would have happened there!

Pricey but worth it ! Excellent service nice atmosphere good quality work . Basically that what you paing for. I surprised that somebody give you a one star review (Holly Myers), im in the beauty business myself and I know that mistakes happens, its just need to understand and wait for your next appointment . If salon cant provide service for unexpected customer who arrived in the wrong day bcs she was changing her appointments and she even forgot which day she supposed to come , it means the salon is very busy and the stylists are booked, other way they would fit her in. And only what she could do its pissed off and give them a bad review, NOT NICE. I think salon did the right thing as she says there was accommodating and they did apologized, that is nice. I provide different kind of service in beauty Industry and in the same time I am a customer of the Jagger James salon so I see the situation from both sides and Im definitely giving them FIFE STARS They deserve that.

Im so glad that Hagerstown FINALLY has an upscale salon worth frequenting. From the time that you walk in until the time that you leave, youre treated phenomenally. The staff is friendly and quick to help each other. The atmosphere is very modern with a relaxed feel. All of the artists there have their own, edgy style that leaves you looking your best. Theyre all very skilled in their work and have an eye for exactly what you want. I would highly recommend visiting JAGGER | JAMES. I cant wait to go back.

Whole experience exceeded my expectations. Brandon took the time to research in advance my hair type (I have dreadlocks) to guarantee a excellent result dying a few of my locks. All the treatments were first class from start to finish. Had no idea the visit would include refreshments, neck rub (before treatment), hand message (during shampoo) and facial hair trimming at the end. Truly world class! Cant recommend them enough!

Jill is an amazing stylist, she didnt blink an eye when I walked in with my crazy long, thick and curly hair. She was great at explaining her process so that I wasnt left in the dark. She fixed, layered and styled it perfectly so that I could continue wearing it naturally. This is honestly the first time Ive had a haircut that I was truly happy with and will definitely stick with Jill and Jagger James.

This is the best Salon in the area. Staff is very professional and service is exceptional. I go here for a hair cut and it is always the best cut. My hairdresser is Brandon and he is just the best. Brandon always cuts my hair and he never gave any chance to complain, and that is because he knows what he is doing. This salon is truly the best around.

The salon is amazing but what makes Jagger James so special is the way you feel after you leave which is simply beautiful. Friendly staff, ( I always leave feeling as if I just visited an old friend) amazing hair artist and an experience that leaves you looking forward to your next visit!
