The only place I go for Manicure and Pedicure in Hagerstown,MD is Blue Eyes Salon. Tiffany is the absolute best. She is an artist that eats and breaths nails and knows everything and can do anything. The salon itself is charming, comfy, and a wonderful place to spend some time being pampered.
