I went to Lidori as a first-time customer. They were very accommodating with scheduling an appointment within 24 hrs. I was initially disappointed because I was left waiting for 30 min in the waiting room past the time I had scheduled my appointment. I expected the (very friendly) staff to at least be apologetic about the wait, but they didnt really acknowledge that I was waiting for so long. The stylist I was assigned to, Jessica Boyd, was such a sweet and talented lady that I immediately forgave Lidori for the wait. She did a thorough job, and is very pleasant to spend time with. I felt like the prices are over-priced, but I usually go to cheaper places, so maybe this is the price people pay in these higher-end salons. This may not be relevant to most of the customers since I noticed that they were exclusively caucasian on this particular day, but I have coarse and curly hair, and they did not know how to handle my hair as well as less-pricey salons run by african americans, latinos, asians or arabs. However, I have this complaint about all of the more expensive salons Ive been to in Rochester. 4 stars for talented, friendly, and accomodating staff. And for the very comfortable atmosphere. minus one star for the cost and for the wait.

Such a beautiful salon definitely something that will help you feel fancy. They have a wide variety of jobs they perform such as massages all the way to hair. They have the best products for sale and also very nice customer service. They are also honest which is so important to me as a customer. I had red hair that I colored myself sort of like a burgundy. I wanted to color it blonde and instead of just doing it and turning my hair orange, they were honest and said they could eventually do it however, it would be a process and gave me other suggestions. I really appreciated that because i have gone to different salons where they completely killed my hair and turned it orange or butchered it when i only wanted a trim. I was really happy they were honest and spent time listening to me so they could understand (and help me decide) what i wanted. All the girls and guys are super beautiful and make you feel right at home. It is definitely a salon that will feel like a treat for yourself as they arent cheap but thats good because you know your paying top price for a service that will be done right.

If you want a wonderful salon experience in a beautiful, friendly atmosphere... Salon Lidori is the place to go. Christina Cutaia is my stylist and every time she is done with me I feel beautiful. She knows exactly what I like and will go out of her way to achieve perfection. She is always sharing tips and tricks with me to keep my hair looking perfect when I am not at the salon. The customer service at Salon Lidori is wonderful. The people are so friendly and everyone has a smile on their face! I had my whole wedding party get their hair done here for my big day and the salon opened EARLY for us!! ( 6 girls total) I was so excited. Even at 7am everyone was happy! I could not say enough about this Salon. It is a great experience and I am so happy that I am able to come and relax when I get pampered!!

Went to Salon Lidori today for the first time and used a Groupon they were promoting. I had the most wonderful pedicure by Jessica. She is a lovely lady and very professional. I was sitting next to a very rude lady who talked on her cellphone for about 10-15 minutes and it really bothered me on a couple of accounts, first who wants to listen to anyones conversation and second, it was so rude to the employee who was giving her a pedi that was Pinterest inspired and required alot of work. I complained and I was compensated, due to NO fault of their own. As a matter of fact, I was planning on going back anyway. I loved the atmosphere and the way it was decorated. I wish Salon Lidori much success and happiness.

I LOVE, LOVE going to get my hair done by Christina Cutaia. She is an excellent stylist. Im a very busy mom, a college student and wife I never find time for myself. Christina goes above and beyond to make you feel special and important. I love the salon look and the way I feel when Im greeted with special concerns and if I needed anything to drink or read. Thank you Christina for the great look, new young healthy hair I use to have when I was young. I have recommended this salon to my family and friends. I love the pampering and the beautiful atmosphere. Keep up the great care it takes from all the staff to make such a warm, welcoming place for people to feel appreciated and pampered.

I went to Salon Lidori for a cut and an ombre color. The atmosphere was fantastic and made me feel super fancy. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and very attentive. I just loved my stylist Brianna! She did a fantastic job with my hair which was pretty impressive because my last hair cut was styled like a frumpy soccer mom. She made me look cute again and now I cant stop looking in the mirror! I would recommend Lidori to anyone looking for a great hair experience!

My cousin, Christina Cutaia is a stylist here and I go to her all the time. I love every time that when I leave, I always leave satisfied! Christina knows how to cater to your needs and produce a style that is very personal to your own look. She is phenomenal! Not just because she is my cousin. The salon is always very clean when I am there and everyone is very friendly!

I absolutely love coming back to Salon Lidori. The ambiance and the customer service is just top of the line. The stylists are great and every time I go I come home with a different look. I overheard a customer say "I love coming to my mini vacation" and its so true!!!!! I recommend this salon to all men and women that want to receive the best treatment and style. :)

This is my third visit to Salon Lidori at the recommendation of a friend who now lives out of town, and it definitely wont be my last! Jessica is great at what she does, personable, and I always enjoy coming in for my pedicure! I get compliments all the time on the quality, and am constantly telling folks that they need to visit.

Went to Salon Lidori for the first time today. Decided to treat myself to a spa pedicure; and, it was heavenly. Jamie was friendly and professional; gave me a great pedicure and amazing massage; and is obviously very good at what she does. Ive definitely found the place where I will have all my future pedicures.

Christina ( my stylist) and all the staff are fabulous. They treat you like a queen and my hair is always exactly the way I dreamed. She is never afraid to tackle whatever drastic change I came up with. This is the best salon and stylist I have ever experienced.

way over-priced! prices randomly go up between one appt & the next, and if you have to switch a stylist because of their own mistake in scheduling, theyll charge you way more without telling you ahead of time.
