Got a bad vibe as soon as I walked in here. The atmosphere is very cliquey and not welcoming at all. I decided to try this place after finding a Groupon for a shellac manicure/pedicure, but when I arrived the owner very rudely informed me that the Groupon was actually for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, even though this was printed NOWHERE on the Groupon site or coupon itself. Rather than apologize or try to correct the problem she informed me that I should just get out and get a refund from Groupon. TERRIBLE customer service and business ethics, do not go here if you like feeling like an appreciated customer.

I dont know about the lady who gave it 1 star, but I have been here 2 or 3 times now and this is the most amazing place that has happened to Loudoun County. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming, services are phenomenal, and the decor makes me feel like Im in a high end spa in LA. Zola is wonderful and helpful as are all the employees. I cant say enough wonderful things about Zolas beauty lounge! You have to see for yourself! Unlike anywhere else.

What a great location! And the décor is so fashionable and fun. Zola was very professional and great at her craft. I got my full set of lashes done and they are beautiful! She was quick and efficient. All my friends couldnt tell they were fake lashes and I can go out with no makeup on because she emphasized my eyes so well with the lashes. Thank you my Mongolian Queen for the great work you did!

What a hidden gem! Zola is sweet and friendly, and gave me the most fantastic brows ever! I was so nervous to try microblading and now I cant believe Ive waited this long! I cant wait to go back for my touch ups.
