I got a groupon for the gel manicure and spa pedicure for $52, which IS a good price. I made an appointment because that is the only way the groupon "worked". When I arrived for my appointment there were 6 technicians working and it didnt seem that busy. I was greeted and I said I had an appointment; I was told to go pick a color. I did and then I just sat back up front because I wasnt directed to go anywhere. As I sat a woman came in after me and even though her appointment wasnt for another 20 minutes, they led her to a chair. Almost an afterthought, the girl came and got me. I sat waiting for another 20 minutes before my technician started on me. She asked if I had already had a gel manicure and I said yes. She said yes and then said quietly while avoiding eye contact, "Since you didnt get the gel here, itll cost $4 extra to remove it." I informed her that I had already paid for my groupon and she said its extra but when I come back, I wont be charged for the removal. Huh? So after a very rushed cuticle trim and shaping and an equally lackluster salt scrub massage, I got the parafin wax for my feet and hot towels for my legs, which was nice. She did do a decent job painting my toenails and there arent any jagged pieces I could find. She did an okay job on my fingernails too. Another disconcerting thing was as I was sitting getting my mani, a woman came in to say she had gotten her gel manicure done a week ago and it was already chipping and peeling. They told her to get the color and it was weird because the guy I assume was the owner or something was trying to say it might have been because they had her wash her hands; to which she responded they didnt have her wash her hands. He said maybe that was the problem...um no. In my experience, if the gel is chipping off, its because the tech didnt put it on right or its bad quality/ old polish that needs to be thrown away. I am hopeful for my manicure because I really do like the color, I just hope it lasts more than a week, especially since I ended up paying more than I normally do without a groupon. I wont be coming back :(

I did eyelash extension with Sheila at Eden Of Ashburn Salon & Spa by purchasing from Groupon. First it look ok and I was assuming that she did a good job, it did not even lasted for two weeks. I did go back for refill but with the date as she give me when I was there at my first appointment. She offered full extension refill with me paying out of my pocket or just the refill that was part of Groupon.I did not want to pay extra so I went with what I was part of my Groupon. Again she did a horrible job, this one last me only a week or so. Sheila did not have the decency to offer me the full extension without asking me if I want to pay extra for it since she did a horrible job at the first visit and already waste it my time and money. During our conversation when I asked if I could get different size for refill, she said NO you cannot get different size and when I asked WHY, it slipped out of here mouth that because of how you pay for it. Obviously due to cheap material that was used, I had redness and burning in my eyes for three days. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OBIOUSLY IF YOU HAVE GROUPON THEY USE THE CHEPEST AND WORST POSSIBLE MATERIAL FOR YOU SINCE YOU ARE PAYING LESS. GROUPON IS THEIR WAY OF JUST GETTING YOU IN AS CUSTOMER AND THEN WITH EXTRA CHARGES THEY WILL GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD MATRIAL, OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET THE KIND OF SERVICE I DID. IT IS VERY UPSTETTING THAT THEY WASTED MY MONEY AND MY TIME. Hasina

Ive been going to Diva Nails since April 2009. I wish there was an option for ten stars instead of just five! I can absolutely say that Ive been treated like absolute gold each and every time I walked through the door. Not only am I greeted by name (almost from the very beginning), everyone there is absolutely sweet and pleasant all the time. Im always offered something to drink, and offered magazines during my pedicures. When I cant decide between colors, Lynn always tries a few on me to see which I like the best. She is so incredibly patient and does such a beautiful job on my gels no one knows I have gels on! They just remark about how beautiful my manicure is! Their overall customer service cant be beat. Its a great atmosphere, and its nice to see everyone greet you with a very friendly smile. My nails have never looked better. I enjoy my experience there from start to finish, and Im on my way to go get a pedicure right now. You should come too!

I started going here when it was owned by different persons. Now Eden is the best nail salon that I have ever used and I have been doing it for years. The technicians are very friendly and skilled. Since English is my only language I appreciate that I can communicate that way. My pedi and gel mani lasts for 3-4 weeks. There are a bizillion color choices in regular and gel. It is spotless and very organized! This is my latest treat...the lash extensions!!! The extensions last up to 4 weeks and are wonderful. I save 25 - 30 minutes daily because I no longer need eyeliner or mascara on the upper lashes. A lady at an upscale cosmetics counter complimented me on my beautiful lashes because they look so real.

Atmosphere: Relaxing, inviting. Lynn and Phi were very friendly and chatted with me through out, unlike many places that I have been to where the staff just talks amongst themselves. Customer Service: Excellent! I needed a pedicure in a pinch and they stayed open late to accommodate me. They even took the time to do a spa pedi. They frequently asked if everything was okay and offered water and a magazine while I was soaking. Cleanliness: The pedicure tub was clean, the tools were from a sealed package, and the scrubs were brought out in individual dishes (not a tub that everyone has been dipping their hands in). I enjoyed my visit and will definitely go back and recommend Diva Nails to friends and family. :)

Absolutely awesome care and experience! I went for a pedicure because my feet are trapped in boots all day and need regular care, as well as a massage because I have been feeling pretty beat up lately due to the intensity of the Fire Fighter training I have been going through. My aches and pains were melted completely away; its the day after now and I still feel great! The staff there is very friendly and attentive, the prices are very reasonable and I was even offered cold complimentary water or soda. Getting an appointment was easy and I was seated immediately upon my arrival. I will definitely be returning for my monthly pedicure and a massage whenever my muscles are feeling beat up again.

I was recommended by a friend that lives in the Ashburn area to Diva Nails; and the manicures and pedicures I have received have been first rate. All of the technicians are professional and careful, especially Lynn. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive with other nail salons in the area who use similar quality products. They also put a lot of effort into creating a very clean and relaxing atmosphere for their clients. There are many nail salons between our residence in Reston and Ashburn; but my positive experiences always lead me to "let my fingers do the walking" and call Diva Nails to make my next appointment for more pampering!
