I have been going to this gym for over 5 months now, and I am healthier than I have ever been. They are supportive of everyone, no matter the fitness level, and they will work with you to get you into amazing shape. I am doing exercises that I never imagined doing 6 months ago. From running with "Slosh" pipes above my head to learning how to do kipping pull ups. They have been very supportive the whole time, always encouraging and helping you reach that next goal. Plus, they have a great group of clients, that make going to the gym feel more like visiting family than going to a gym where you are just a number.

LoCo CrossFit is an amazing place and its forever changed my life. CrossFit itself is a wonderful phenomenon and yields awesome results. However, not all boxes are created equal and what LoCo offers is family, fitness, and FUN. The LoCos have built a great community full of encouragement a support. So no matter what your fitness background go check them out. You will not regret it... They meet you where you are and make you a better you! The head coaches are Josh and Kelly Price and they ROCK! I highly recommend it. Go LoCos!

I looked for a CrossFit Box for over a year and a half, none were in the area close with convenient times, found LoCo, but didnt just find a CrossFit Box, I found another extension to my family. The encouragement and drive from the trainers and members is unmatched. Highly Recommended!!
