Ordered a medium veggie sub,sun chips and a tea between 3:15 - 3:20 pm..This place is 14 minutes away from my job. They said it would be delivered between 4:40 - 4:50 p.m I still thought that was too long for a half sandwich, wasnt ordering a pizza. But I didnt get my food until 5 minutes shy of 6 p.m... ENTIRELY TOO long a wait. No one bothered to call me and tell me what was going on when I got my sub it was NOT warm, the driver said they kept it on a warmer but the bottom of the sub was soggy from sitting so long the lettuce was wilted bread was falling apart. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have always passed by during my travels & figured Id give them a try. We dont have this chain back home & Im glad we dont. $10.00 or just under for an 8" sub drink & chips. Ah have you ever heard of subway???? The food was bland, Servings small, price high. Thouroughly unimpressed. This review isnt about this particular location but about the chain in general. Both myself and traveling partner left very disappointed.

Good good. Very affordable. I tried everything on the menu. My personal favorite is the Engineer. The Engineer consist of smoked turkey breast, melted swiss, sauteed mushrooms and according to their menu, served "fully involved". If youve never tried this spot out, I suggest that you do and make your first sandwich an Engineer.

They are much better than subway and any time I have gone in the staff has always been friendly and believe me I can never make up my mind on what to get and they have been patient with me and never gotten annoyed hats off to them all they take my order and it has always been correct and sooo good!!:-)

I ordered delivery and it got here in a timely manner, but when I had opened up the sub it was very wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and he sent out a new one for free very quickly. Great customer service!

Every other FHS Ive been to gives out military discounts, but not this one apparently. Kind of makes for an awkward ordering experience. Two stars because the sandwhich was good.

Solid service, they bring your sandwich to you, the soda machine is nice, and this place is consistent.

pretty good sandwiches at a decent price. gets busy during lunch, but there is plenty of seating.

Firehouse is the best. Way better than Subway. A lot more meat and they steam the meat.
