I LOVE Chick-Fil-A, but this one makes the brand look very bad. Ive been there twiec in teh last week for dinner because of the convenient location. The first night it was 1hr45minutes before closing, but the staff members were all so busy vacuuming, emptying the lemonade, and other closing duties that it took them 10 minutes to take my order. Meanwhile, a couple other staff members were laughing with some people in street clothes. The people in street clothes went behind the counter and filled their glasses from home with soda from the fountain. Everyone behind the counter saw me standing there and avoided eye contact. Tonight, I went through the drive through to order 2 sandwiches and a milkshake. The girl kept interrupting my order "anything else?" before I could finish, and then when I got up to the window, there were 4 people at the milkshake machine laughing and throwing chocolate and whipped cream at each other! And then when I got home I saw they got both my sandwich orders wrong. Chick-Fil-A normally has such great service, I dont know whats up with this one, but the staff definitely needs to gain some maturity.

This is the Absolute BEST Chickfila my husband and I have been too. It is definitely a 10! They are very fast, very clean and always have the greatest service. The manager takes the time to learn his customers by their names (he knows ours) and the manager is always working behind the counter to make sure things are running smoothly! The employees are great, they bring your food too you and offer to fill up your cups and throw away your trash, which they do not have to do considering that they are a fast food restaurant. This is a place that will always get our business!

Every time weve been there the food has been wonderful. The family nights are fun for young kids and a good deal for parents. The one time that the lady working the register had trouble getting a coupon to ring up correctly, she seriously (and not in a mean way at all) asked me how much I wanted to pay. Thankfully, she and a co-worker eventually figured out what was going on (apparently my sweet tea needed to be input as a Coke instead) and came up with the same amount that I expected.

Where do I start? Arrived at 6:10am to see an employee outside enclosed in a cloud of cigarette smoke. The chairs were still up on the tables, not inviting at all. I chose to go through the drive thru - a very long line. The menu boards were very hard to read, they misunderstood my order, they forgot my coffee, gave me less Splenda than I asked for and the tater tots were soggy. Second disappointing trip here.

Junior Comedy

Usually when ordering a large fry, the container that holds the fries isnt filled up. Like they may have dumped a medium fry in there and called it a day. But make no mistake it is up to par with the consistency of other chick-fil-as. Which is typically the main reason people enjoy chick-fil-a in general. Consistency in food, and in personnel. Thank you!

I can genuinely say that I have never had a bad meal here. The people are friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is relaxed, additionally patriotism is alive and well in this establishment (which is great to see). I personally have worked with the proprietor, and he is no-nonsense but very caring and professional. Highly reccomend!

I have found on a consistent basis there is always something wrong with my order. I order lunch for my office anywhere from 4-15 meals. There is ALWAYS something missing. Hardest item I find is when you order the salad vs. fries I have also noticed the trainees are left with out help, very overwhelming when ordering large quantities

A Chick-fil-A that gets it right. God-repecting people and all the staff is nice and have a heart to serve. Everything was so clean! Same food, but somehow tastes better here than other stores. Even during a busy lunch hour they had their stuff together, and it wasnt chaotic like most MD stores Im used to.

As a former employee of this Chick Fil A, I must be honest. Its had a lot of issues over the last 5 years. Large turn over rate of new employees. Management has shifted in the last year making it more enjoyable to work there and because of that Ive noticed an increase of higher customer satisfaction.

I love this location! There are personal touches like no other fast food restaurant I have ever been to that truly highlight the owners commitment to his customers. Family night on Tuesdays is always a great experience too. Good food and good service!

I just got braces so I need to eat soft things and they have a nice variety of food here. Its not like the American buffet where you stuff yourself, but you get enough to eat. Also there milkshakes are amazingly good. And better yet, there hand stirred!

This is the best chick-fil-a.....the service is the best. Friendly and they go over top to make your visit the best. They are doing movie night every Friday with weather permitting. It like a drive in but alot. More fun. Thanks bristow.

Food is good but the morning staff is starting to resemble McDonalds and speaking a very a little a English. 2 orders in the last week have been messed up because of language barrier. I have an idea. LEARN THE LANGUAGE!!!!

Chick-fil-as where Im from are notorious for having the fastest service in town. Sadly, Im not from Bristow, and this restaurants service was slower than a DMV. I waited in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. Fix it.

Always good service and good food. A more upscale feel from being greated stepping through the front door to being asked if you would like your table cleared or drink refilled.
