Our family cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. Without exception, everyone who works here is kind, courteous, friendly, attentive, and professional. They even check on you at your table to make sure you have been taken care of, and that your food is fine. Such good manners, and genuinely warm and caring individuals. Food is consistently delicious and well prepared, and the fresh made natural shakes are out of this world. We truly are grateful to have an affordable and happy place to come to, a refuge from the hectic D.C. metro area. If we could give seven stars instead of five, we would!

Best Chick Fil A in the area! VERY clean, staff is extremely friendly, very efficient for the volume of customers! There are three employees in the drive through lane taking orders, taking payment, and handing out condiments. Just pick up the order at the window... The 10th car in line took only 3 minutes to get to the window. Ive sat at other chains as the 3rd car for 10 minutes. If you like chicken, this is the place for you!

Very good service and food, as one would expect at Chick-fil-a. My only complaint is other parents who let their poorly behaved older children run amok in the playground area unsupervised. Its often unsafe to allow younger children play on the equipment when there are 8+ year-olds in there, because many older children dont care whether or not they knock preschoolers & toddlers over, or step on them with their big shoes.

I generally dont leave reviews unless a business gives me a reason. I have stopped at this location several times. This morning, the biscuits were almost perfect. Once, they were in fact, perfect. Additionally, my son was not feeling well and an employee took the time to help me take my order to the car, even after I said I didnt need her to help. I love stopping at this location because they consistently over-achieve.

If you are looking for a fast food restaurant , as an alternative to all the unhealthy places around the area now a days this is the perfect spot. They serve healthy alternatives, fresh salads and chicken wraps and sandwiches which are made fresh and taste quit delicious. The staff working here is nice and the places tables are usually quite clean.

Love the food!!!! but Very disappointed on a previous experience. I went to pick-up some dinner and requested for sauce at the window they asked me to drive forward someone will give me sauce and I find no one and sauce packages on the ground, i had to drive around park and walk inside to get sauce and went home and food was cold to eat.

I have never been to a better run Fast Food Chain. During lunch the cars are always wrapped around the building twice and this is a fact. I have a shorter wait time in this drive through than any other food chain out there. I never leave a review but I have to for these guys. They are the best.

Safety violation. There is a kid standing in the drive through giving out orders. He almost got run over twice as I was waiting for my ice coffee. There is a reason that drive thrus dont serve walk up customers. Shame on you, manager, for putting a teenager in such a dangerous position.

Food was quick and good but our order was missing multiple items and the place was not very clean. Staff was friendly and resolved the mistake without any fuss but it from time to get attention. They had run out of ketchup and napkins at the self serving station so you had to ask for them.

This is very well run chick-fil-A. It is easily one of the best places to grab a quick bite in the area. The drive thru can get a little crowded around prime dinner time as so many people go here regularly but you never wait for very long here.

This was our go-to CFA until the one in Haymarket opened. I dont know if the owner and management were spread too thin between the two locations, but service and order correctness suffered. They seem to be starting to get back on track, though.

As with any other CFA, the staff is always pleasant and service is always quick. Even during busy rush times, the staff gets you in and out with a smile. And fun fact (opinion of mine) they make the best Arnold Palmers of the CFAs in the area.

They accidentally put the wrong cheese on my sandwich... i ate that one... they gave me a free sandwich after that... i mean cheese is cheese but pepperjack on a spicy kinda makes my taste buds tingle... i prefer colby jack. 5 star service

ChickFilA- always yummy flavor no greasy aftertaste and the chain unique waffle fries unmatched thus far. Playplace is a parents helper! Staff was friendly as usual. Their service is slower than most. :( No Free WiFi?!?!? Boooooo

Horrible service they forget my sanwich.they wanted to charge me again. After waiting in line for 10 min. They handed the sandwiches. I will never go back. This is not the first time they forget my order.

The staff is so great. They will bring your food to your table, refill drinks for you, etc. Very unusual for a fast food restaurant. Service is quick and it the store is always clean
