This location was very poorly set up for dine in customers. The staff was polite and the food was fine, but the door was blocked by a metal fence from the parking spots so we had to walk down a ways and then back up to enter, through 3 lanes of traffic. Inside, the Resteraunt is laid out poorly so that everyone is always in each others way. Very little room to stand to wait in line, so the condiments area was always packed and hard to get to. People were just everywhere and in each others way constantly, and it really wasnt that busy. Just a poor layout in general. I would avoid this location again personally.

Please stop taking orders with your employees outside. For 1 your employees are sweating and its a bit invasive for your customers. For 2 your employees are taking peoples orders at the very entrance of your parking lot instead of the menu where youd normally order. There are two lines..and i cannot see where your employees are standing half the time because of suvs and big trucks so there will be a huge gap in the lanes and i will drive up to the menu where you normally take your order only to see your employees behind me servicing someone again..at the entrance of the parking lot.

this is our FAVORITE Chick Fil A in the Richmond area. We go out of our way to ONLY eat at this Chick Fil A if at all possible. YES, they can get very busy at times, but the service is excellent with a smile. Miss Jean is awesome in the dining area. Kelly is extremely helpful and quick and super fast at making your dining experience to be the QUALITY expected and deserved at CFA. EXCELLENT Store, highly recommend!!

Even when busy, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and consistent. The dining room is always clean. I do need to knock it down one star because parking and the drive through are not well designed. Its often full, with a line of cars extending into the parking lot traffic. Parking in the malls general lot is certainly easy, but becomes a bit of a challenge safely maneuvering around so many cars.

This is by far the slowest chik fil a Ive been to. And this morning they burned the bagel of my chicken egg and cheese bagel to completely black, something you obviously should not put out. And the hash browns were so salty I couldnt eat them. I would have went back and complained to the manager but I had to get to work. This type of service is unacceptable and I will never visit this chik fil a again.

Great food, but they are a bit pricey. I dont understand why Chik-fil-A is one of the only fast food restaurants that can get away without offering any sort of Value Menu or standard mailer coupons to consumers. I would eat here much more often if it didnt cost my family $30-40 for fast food. At that point Id rather pay just a little more and have a real dine-in experience.

These people with local guide badges must be on a power high, but this restaurant is only ok especially compared to other franchises. It wasnt really busy, but ordering salad and soup at the drive through, we had no fork or spoon in the bag, after asking the attendant if there were utensils. Ive been here before, but Ive had some bad experiences at this location.

Honestly Ive never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before. This location is no different. The service is great, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. If all fast food places could be this good Im sure even more people would eat out every day. Id recommend the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. Its my favorite.

Had a customer cursing and acting stupid, think they guys were drunk. There were two girls with them. An employee went over and just started chatting with them and then offered them a smoothie or some kind of drink. My child asked wasnt this place for children. I explained why people have no class and we left quickly.

Good food and very friendly service. The setup is not great for dining in, a bit crowded bur what sunrises me is the different menu options vs. other locations Ive been to mainly no coleslaw on the menu, just side salad. All in all it is still a good place for a fast bite to eat.

Another great day at Chick-fil-A. This one has play area for kids under 54". Fast service inside. This store takes orders outside during busy hours with staff taking orders from the vehicles. A little more pricy then Mc Donalds for chicken nuggets, but you get chicken.

The last 2 times we have been here, several tables have been unclean and remained that way during the entire visit. The floors and restroom was dirty as well. Service was great but slow wait times on food and no one was circulating asking about drink refills.

Line outside the building and two lanes of drive through packed. But the service was still amazing during the lunch time rush. The food as always was amazing, even tried their new Watermelon mint lemonade which was refreshing and helped ease the summer heat.

My daughter and I love their chicken. They offer all kinds of neat activities for kids like a weekly storey time and big events like touch the truck (Where the city bring out a bunch of cool firetrucks police cars and other vehicles).

Lady, outside took my order. I had her repeat it. When I came up to the window, I had wrong order. I ask man outside window if my sandwhich was correct. He said yes When I went to eat it it was not what I ordered. Dissapointed.

Food is always what you expect, customer service is pretty good for fast food restaurant. Only complaint is the parking lot fiasco that occurs during busy times, it was not built for drive thru crowds and parking for dine in.

The food is still delicious but it was disappointing that they no longer have the special sauces out for you to try. You have to ask for the specific number and the exact sauce that you want. Not happy about that.

I d8nt normally do reviews on fast-food. Everyone knows what to expect from chick-fil-a, (quality food a smile and a ckean friendly atmosphere, but this location was exceptional. It really was.
