Ive been coming to this Panera for over 3 years and for the most part I have a fast and easy experience. The high-light of my business with them was when they ran out of the smaller cups of plain cream cheese and the manager provided me with the large tub for no additional charge. Small things like that make a huge difference. Update 12/23/16 - service has gone down significantly since my previous post. The clerks are just moody in the morning and the entire Panera serving process is completely confusing now. The breakfast sandwiches are basically Playdough and the bagels are one molecule away from being classified as cardboard. I hate to say I used to be a customer 3+ times a week and now Im down to once every 2 weeks. Update 2/14/17 - The culture of this Panera is now just awful. No one really cares about returning a kind attitude or smile. The clerk "Shirley" is half asleep and couldnt care less about assisting anyone.

I asked for my money back after seeing the manager handel my money and then go straight over and check the meat temperature. He didnt have gloves on and was wiping his hands on a towel that was on the sandwich prep board. He was making notes then touching meat then wiping his hands. This rag came in contact with meat that I watched go right on a sandwich. That did it for me. The place was also a mess. I will go to panera again but not this one.

Bad experience here, horrible customer service. Cashier named Shirley Young was making rude remarks and making us feel unwelcome. Along with when we paid her with a $100 bill she just walked away, did not return for almost 5 minutes and did not tell us what was going on. We soon figured out she was geting change for it but she said nothing before walking away with our money and leaving us for a while. I will not be returning to this location.

This Panera location is very nice. The service is great although to be honest its extremely busy all the time so expect to have some sort of wait. I truly give them credit because some customers i see are so mean to them for no reason. They always stay kind regaurdless. I wish Allison and Alyssa were runners more often though because they are always fun to talk with and theyre super friendly.

"Awesome" Was greeted by the wonderfully friendly Christopher today. Right away was impressed at his excellent customer service. He offered me a sample of some tempting baked goods and took my order so nicely. Food came out fast. BLT turkey avocado sandwich on sourdough is so satisfying, choose your side (I got chips), & a lemonade-that cool refreshing drink-my Eddie Murphy voice

My experience at Panera today was better than usual. Our cashier Josh was super helpful and polite, he issued me a Panera Bread reward card and explained how it works and I got a free treat just for signing up! Most places I go the cashiers seem like they dont care about anything, and dont want to be there, but today was a nice change. I will be coming back more often!

Came in this morning and the woman who took my order was incredibly rude. Ive worked many jobs that were hard, where I had to be there early, and hated that job. I was never once rude or mistreated a customer. Youre getting paid to be there, be polite at least.

First of all, we stood for 15 mins to order because only one cashier. When they finally open the second register, they ran out of baguette for soup and salad. This place needs to hire more staffs and get more utensils. Horrible experience!!!!

Very disappointed on this Panera location. The cashier Alyssa keep laughing after I made my order .If you leave a tip everything goes fine if not the service after is bad .

Panera Bread a special place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Today I had a four cheeses souffle, tasty but too salty. And the place need better clean-up.
