My husband and I stopped by on Sunday (5/14) for the first time and both enjoyed our sandwiches. They were a lot smaller than I thought theyd be for mediums, but overall the flavor was worth it. For service. I give service 2 stars. The young men working in there were great-smiled and were very friendly but extremely slow and it was empty in there. The manager (I guess he was by his temper and he wore a different uniform) was yelling and angry at the employees saying stuff like "Follow the order! Follow the order!" and "dont be a dumbass!" It made waiting for our food super uncomfortable. HR Tip: Manage your employees, dont bark at them. Take them aside and correct the issue privately.

This franchise is much better than other we have visited in the area. The manager greets us and is friendly every time we go there. Great customer service, they really care about your experience. Would definitely recommend. And of course the food is great to. We have never had to wait too long for food but I can see if it is busy you may wait. Either way they bring your sandwich to your table so I dont see any trouble in waiting.

Dont seem to be very organized. I called in an order and they didnt have anybody make it. I showed up 10 minutes later and the team member had no idea what order I was talking about and didnt offer any refund or discount.

Ordered Sandwiches couple of times for high school tennis team. Kids loved the Sandwiches and they packed them nicely in boxes.
