I really enjoy the food at Firehouse Subs. The food is more expensive than Subway or Jersey Mikes, but for the extra price you get steamed, juicy meat on your subs, rather than just baked cold-cuts. The service at this restaurant is hit and miss, but most times its just fine. A few goofed up orders here and there is all there really is to complain about. I strongly recommend using the online ordering system, since it can take up to 10 minutes to get your subs if theyre busy. If youre eating in the restaurant, make certain to try some of the hot sauces, which are marked in order of spiciness. Bottom line: If you want a sandwich, and youre tired of Subway, come here.

this is the second time Ive purchased sandwiches from this store in 2 or 3 weeks. First time, my order was incorrect (take away) but was half way home before realized it. Today, order incorrect again. Bought turkey and cranberry 500 calorie sandwich. What I got was the regular sub. Didnt mind too much because it looked pretty tasty. Within 2 or 3 bites, the sub completely fell apart and the stingy bit of turkey and cranberry ended up tasting closer to a PBJ. Horrible and wont go back again.

I love the subs. But tonight I caught a real attitude from the manager. Bummed me out. Im sorry I forgot my wallet at home, sir. Yes Id like to pay you in quarters, Im sorry. Twelve dollars is still twelve dollars, right? I came to this place tonight because the one on Kingfisher Drive, my usual, closes 1/2 hour earlier, and I wouldnt have made it there. Ill be sure to return to Kingfisher Drive in the future. This place was unwelcoming, and I was just in their way.

Firehouse has a good product but the younger "dudes" who are there early dont do their jobs well AT ALL. Sweet teas in the unsweet dispensers could be a big problem with diabetics, and served a #5 with uncooked bacon not even warm. This is unforgivable and mgmt needs to clean house. The legacy of this brand deserves better.

The sandwiches are very good, but the prices are a bit high. Quality wise they are excellent, the food is always fresh and they bring the order out quickly. For sandwiches in the Frederick area they are on the expensive side. The drink mixer is nice and they have some tasty subs.

Went around lunch time on a friday, so it was pretty busy. They forgot my pickle, and BOTH sauces I asked for on the side so when I got back to work, I was sorely disappointed. And even worse, THE CHICKEN WAS BLAND! Never going again. Worst $10 Ive ever spent.

Always really good option before a movie or just for a normal night to eat out. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are too. I would recommend the hook and ladder.
