One of the best reliable catering companies in Frederick. I was looking for a caterer to handle a small luncheon for a baby shower, and Chef Jake and his staff fulfilled all my hopes and wishes! I was an out of town mother, not familiar with the area, and he was readily available via email and responded quickly! Not to mention that the food was awesome! The ribs were raved about by the guests, and the pasta salad recipe was solicited by all! His service staff was attentive, and right on with service and clean up!! I can only say he will be getting a call in a year when my grandson has his first birthday party!! Thanks Jake!!

Awesome job!! Everything was done to perfection. The mini crab cakes were actually mini crab balls full of crab meat with almost no filler. Scallops wrapped in bacon were superb. The Scallops were cooked to pedfection. We also had the Lasagna which was as good as any Italian resturant and the roast beef which was cooked perfectly. We also had the cheese and fruit as well as the sesame chicken. All excellent. They came and set everything up, very professional, very timely just perfect and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great caterer for your next party.
