Very bad customer service at the cheesecake station.It was not busy at the station at all, is was only me. I went there around 6.00PM, and trying to get 6 pcs. of cheesecake for my husband birthday. I don not want to waste small boxes, and asked the lady if she can put them in one big box for me. I event ask for only to go dinner box if they can. However, she keep on refusing me that she can not do that, and the only way she will do is to put in 6 small boxes. I event try to bagging her, but she cant. What is so hard to put 60$ of 6 psc. cheesecake in one big box. I just do not get it. Will she get in trouble for that or is it very hard to do so? She said that they have big box for 12 psc. or for the whole cake! OK so you have the box, but do not want to help the customer who willing to spend 60$ for just cheesecake really??? I ask to see manager, but she refused. I still paid for 60$ birthday cake with very bad customer service. I do not mind for the small boxes, but the way she talked was very bad customer service. She was not willing to help or event try to satisfied customer, or feel sorry that she can not help me. I feel like I was bagging her for free cheesecake! We went there so may time for dinner service, and never have any bad experience. I can not believe this is happened at cheesecake factory. Unbelievable!!

Updated review: They must have new management because now when I call for a to go order they dont pick up at all. 10 min wait after calling and they never picked up to take my order. No food and making me wait that long means 1 star for you CF. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dear Cheesecake Factory, When are you going to update your phones so I dont have to talk to someone to get transferred to the to go number? I also wish that curbside service didnt mean sitting in your car for 15 minutes in addition to the time quoted to you, only to have your order not exactly like you requested it and having to wait even longer to get the missing item which is usually butter, requested bread type, a slice of cheesecake, utensils, napkins, the meal how you ordered it, and/or all of the above. I love your food but your to go service is never an enjoyable process. Please make it more efficient/idiot proof across locations. That is all.

Awful service, ended up having to go back to the hostess just to get a server at our table after 20 minutes of waiting with servers standing around chatting. Got our food in a timely manner after that but never had our server come back and check on us even though we let her know wed be getting cheesecake. Finally found her and ordered it. After we were finished we had to ask a different waitress for our check and boxes because once again, ours was no where to be seen. She brought us our check and we left with cheesecake to bring home. Went to eat it the next day and found a piece of hair inside of it, not on top of it, but in it so it was definitely not ours. Would recommend finding a different one to go to. Horrible experience.

Omg. Thats just wrong. We ordered soup, it came without cheese on top (like it usually does), we asked for more cheese, our waitress Marissa A said there were A LOT of cheese already in our soups. We still kindly asked for more, she brought it on a plate and we all put a bunch of it in our soups. It tasted slightly weird so I tried it out of the plate just to find out it was potato. RAW SHREDDED PORATO. YUP. We called our waitress and asked what it was, she said it was cheese, then we said it was potato and she made a disgusted face and said shed bring more cheese. (We still had soup w raw potato for dinner) That was a sad experience. The place is usually pretty good, but Im not coming back after that.

was nice I was sitting on a bench wall opposite tables and chairs.... my bench seat was not on right, so it moved.... not completely aweful, it had an ok rock to it, and I forgot about it after a while, my kids were fine with their seats... our waitperson was nice and we had excellent food, only my salmon was small and I had three shrimp on my combo entree... but it was good and filling... but will have an entree salad next time. I got birthday sunday with a Candle; my kids loved their food. It was cold and dark, so its a great romantic place for a date or to look sexy #ha I like the recommendation of our waitperson - the Thai lettuce Chicken wrap platter.... if you can eat peanuts, try it!

Although the food, decor, and service are all rather good the overall experience at the Cheesecake Factory is unfavorable. The menu is quite large so youre sure to find a dish you will like, however interleaved in the menu pages are advertisements which put me off. The food is well presented, but portions tend to be too large and the price slightly high for this caliber of food -- and I feel obligated to top that already huge meal with a slice of cheesecake. The restaurant has always been quite crowded when I have visited, making it an undesirable place patronize regularly. There are plenty of quality dining experiences around the area and this is one I would suggest skipping.

Today was their last chance. Indifferent waiter kicked things off for a late, weekday lunch. Wrong appetizer came out. Both entrees came out poorly. Carolina pork was tough and fatty. Bacon bacon cheeseburger had a 1/2-inch thick clump of unmelted cheese smashed onto the patty. Fries for both were room temperature. When I sent it all back and asked for the check, no manager came to see us. They removed the entrees from the check, but any place that cared about its reputation would have written the whole, failed attempt at a meal off and offered some incentive to give them one more shot. They didnt. I wont.

I love going to cheesecake factory as treat to myself every once and a while. Moved here recently and went alone so decided to sit at the bar. The bartender makes it pretty clear he doesnt want to work here. His demeanor is off putting. Didnt even say hello just handed me a menu and asked what I wanted to drink. I eventually had to tell him Im ready to order. He seemed dissatisfied with my descion to eat food. Constantly said thank you for everything he did and when my order came. I am sure someone else would be much more enthusiastic about your job if you feel you are not up to the task.

With a menu that reads like Faulkner novel, it can be difficult to even decide on a food nationality much less an individual dish. A friend has described the food as upscale Cruise ship food- there is something for everyone. Ive enjoyed their cook-to -order burgers and Mexican entrees. Portions are large especially Italian dishes. Service, atmosphere, and food are up to cheesecake specifications. It is a restaurant I Im comfortable returning to but it is never my idea.
