Ive been coming here for a long time and for the most part had no problems. but, lately the crew have really been not up to scratch, for example, today I went to their drive through, ordering was no problem the person sounded competent enough to understand what I wanted to order. However, when I drove to the window, I was handed a one large and one medium cup instead of two large ones that I ordered, I was read back the order over the speaker and it was spot on, two larges. but on the receipt, it said one large and one medium I heard two larges relayed to me at the speaker. but that is not all, after confronting the server at the window about her mistake, she said I had to pay 40 cents (i gave her a dollar and she only gave me 35 cents back) to get the meal corrected after shed swiped my card. I just wanted to get out of there so i handed over cash. I was charged 65 cents for their mistake. P.S. I asked her for for some ketchup and received Chick-Fil-A sauce instead. I love this place but that was just unacceptable.

Heel snel ons eten gekregen en ze brengen het tot aan de tafel. Met kleine extraatjes maken ze het beter dan de doorsnee fast-food keten. Zeker een aanrader. Het chick-fil A menu was wel pover, volgende keer misschien iets anders bestellen.

Super clean, super service, and they even offer family day every Thursday. For family day, they usually hire a performer or a balloon artist and give the kids free ice cream. I bring my kids here all the time; the place area is always clean and even the customer seem more pleasant. I even held my daughters birthday party there on family day. Cheap high quality party dishes, play area, free ice cream, entertainment, and minimum clean up.

Great for kids. The staff brings the food to the table. If you have very young children you can order in the drive through and tell them that you are coming in to dine. They will help you set up the table. Yes, at times it is very crowded, but it still beats other similar places when crowded. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

processed chicken they use in their salads - my teeth went right through it. I just recently started going back to chick-fil-a but dont recall them using processed chicken in the past. I wont be ordering the salads anymore with chicken. If I find out that the other menu items use processed chicken I will stop going altogether.

Great food at great prices. Have so many favorites, mostly I am a fan of their peach milkshakes in the summertime. Just love their waffle fries. Service is always quick and friendly. Just wish their chicken salad sandwich did not contain chopped egg. Also, I wish you had a choice of bread rolls because I am NOT a fan of wheat.

I love this place. My friend & I ordered breakfast bagel sandwich one day and noticed bagels were burnt and showed it to the manager Peter. Right away he apologized and gave us replacements plus a dessert. Never expected that! The place is clean & excellent service. They even bring your food to your table. Excellent!

This place blows me away with the sheer deliciousness of the food and the service is totally stellar. Ive always gotten my food in less than 10 min no matter how busy they were even when the drive-through line wrapped around the whole building. They bring it to your table too! Its like its not even fast food.

Dont bring your free monthly item card here! The manager took the card & refused to give it back even though it is clearly written on the card that it is for 1x per month use, not single use. I guess literacy isnt a requirement for management @ this Chick fil A. Going to Fairlakes from now on.

Service was great, and the food was incredibly fast. All I remember is the person who helped me and my fiancé was in training. And for someone in training shocked me. Order was correct, no mess ups and no attitude. Loved it. I could defenitely come back.

The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful. The restaurant tries really hard to serve customers as efficiently as possible. Even though it is a very popular place with lines well after the normal lunch hour, the lines are always moving quickly.

Im a big fan of Chick-fil-a. This location meets the same high standard as the rest. The only problem I have is that the parking lot isnt set up well and you could end up waiting just to get in the drive through line or to get to park to go inside.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Excellent service, with staff consistently asking if you need anything. Extremely clean. Fresh, delicious food. They never judge me when I ask for "Mc"Nuggets out of habit. I go here once a week now.

I love Chick-fil-a, and this is the cleanest location I have visited in weeks, despite that it is in a very busy location serving hundreds and thousands of potential customers daily. Other locations should look to this restaurant for guidance.

I stopped by the drive thru, as I dont live close to this location. It took about 15 after ordering to get the food. Very slow. The food, however, was seemingly fresh and still hot. The locations clear to my home are much faster, though.

Love them since they are so close to church. My order is not always perfect and I dont always get 6 nuggets but they have no problem fixing it. As true to their training the staff is wonderful and friendly.

The roads are hard to navigate and congested. There were so many people that we werent able to eat at this Chick Fil A. My suggestion is to pick another Chick Fil A to eat at other than this one.

Great Chick-fil-A, however, the address is wrong on google maps and it lead me to the middle of a neighborhood 10 minutes away. Other than that, the staff was great and a great experience.
