My family and I were driving from Maryland to our home in South Carolina. We had been driving for a few hours when we started feeling the grumbly in the tummy. After suffering from a terrible experience at a McDonalds on our way up to Maryland, we wanted a good experience on the way back to South Carolina. That left us searching for a Chick-fil-A. Alas we finally found one on I95 in Ashland, VA. We pull up to the Oasis and dreaded seeing a long, double lane of cars waiting for their meal. We queued up in line and were greated by a super friendly man with an tablet. After expertly taking our order and our names, we pulled a few feet forward where a manager nimbly accepted our debit card, ran it over to a register, swiped it, and hustled back to us. The manager then ushered us to the drive through window where we were greeted both by name, smiles, and our food. Astonished, we started to make our way back to the road. Only 7 minutes elasped between the time we pulled in to this packed Chick-fil-A and when we pulled away with our correct, fresh, and extremely tasty order. A band of smiling Chick-fil-A service peoples beautifully orchestrated the best drive through experience of our lives. 10 out of 10, would drive 8 hours for this chicken again.

This is your typical Chick-fil-A... consistently good food and friendly service, but they have a really obnoxious dual lane drive through. It is a very, very busy location during lunchtime and also the drive-time dinner hours, so plan accordingly. sometimes (often) it is faster to park and go inside instead of trying to get into the drive-thru queue. The parking lot at this CFA is also very small. Dont know why this CFA installed the dual lane drive thru. It is so obnoxious... drivers can go through two different lanes to order, but once finished ordering they are forced to merge cars back into one line to get to the single pick-up window. Frustrating and just dumb. You should hear the cursing that goes on when drivers cut each other off to get back down to one line. This is why we do not go here unless forced to (our regular location closed for renovations but, thankfully, is back open now) As with other stores in the area, this franchisee does a great job of selecting staff here as they are always upbeat and friendly.

Loved this location. Great atmosphere inside with enthusiastic employees and efficient service. Double drive thru location and it is usually busy because customers love it here. The service is fast and they get your food ready quickly and courteously. Playground here is great for the little ones as well. Enjoy your visit. And as you know this location is closed on Sunday and thats a good thing. ⛪️

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the busiest of their restaurants in the Richmond area. The reason for that for the most part is that its located right next to one of Interstate 95s exits and so it becomes a quick in and right back out to your travels. As far as cleanliness and level of service, its at par with other restaurants from Chick-fil-A, which have high marks in that regard.

1st time at a Chick fil a. I thought the food tasted a lot like Wendys so nothing special for a fast chicken sandwich....BUT...the reason for the 4 stars is hands down the gentleman cleaning the lobby. He was an older man who works 3 days a week and was so friendly. I mentioned it was my first time and he went up and got me a free milkshake.

The busiest Chick fil A Ive ever seen. The drive through moves quickly and is very efficient. Dont let the long line put you off. Parking may be more of a challenge if youre going inside. This may only be the case during the late spring, summer and early fall during the travel season and Kings Dominion being open nearby.

Bruh I went there and I got my sandwich, u know. It took like 20 minutes and cu I was starvin. I also ordered a frosted lemonade and I didnt get it! I was more thirsty than a monk in the Sahara desert and I was about to jump the pre schooler at the counter but I eventually got it and it tasted good but still YALL SUCK

Got free food because their systems were down, which Im not complaining about but I wish someone had told me I could leave after I got my sandwich(got my food while I was still in line) instead I waited in line till I got to the register just to find out I couldve left a long time ago. Great staff though.

The service was impeccable. All of my meals came with fresh hot fries, and there was no wait. My cashier was even friendly and observant to know that we werent from the area, and told me of some nice attractions to look for if we were staying in town. Favorite chick fil a experience out of town by far!

Ive been eating here for awhile now and I love this location. The staff are very friendly and extremely effective. The food is always great as well! This place is usually packed around lunch and it always amazes me how efficient they are at moving such a high volume of customers.

Amazing! Great food, they have a great playground for the kids and two different people asked if we needed anything while eating. Also, we were each carrying a kid so they carried our food to the table for us. Phenomenal service and ambiance! Thanks Chic-fil-A!!

Location is busy. Order was wrong at drive through. Had to go back and wait in long line. Could have had staff bring correct order to me and not have me wait all over again. Defeats purpose of drive through. Food was warm when got right meal drink.

We love Chick Fila for the food, cleanliness and service. This Chick Fila was the dirtiest one weve ever seen. Bathrooms were horrific, tables and floors were dirty to the point the entire restaurant inside and out need a good hose down.

great service, yes you will pay more than burger king but I would rather spend the extra 2 dollars and be treated like a human being, this place in Ashland is a great suggestion for all those that want to be treated like a human being.

This location is horrible, bathroom was filthy food never came, go up to register and our order isnt even in the system anymore. They remake it and half of it is wrong. Id keep on to the next location, this place is the worst!

Very busy place. Fast service though given amount of people waiting. Provided table service with my large family order. They do have play area. Play area was a little unclean due to large volume of kids. Overall good place.

I always enjoy Chick-fil-A... Always a wonderful choice. This one had a fast drive thru... But they forgot one item, unfortunately, I guess they try to be fast because of a lot of costumer in that time.

Tables were dirty. Ice cream cones were stale. We asked twice for grilled chicken nuggets and were still given fried chicken nuggets. Not the service I am used to receiving when visiting a Chick-fil-A.

Great Chick-Fil-A... VERY friendly staff and always very clean. However, parking is horrendous. I work a mile down the road and frequently have to eat lunch elsewhere as there is not enough parking.
