My Smokehouse beef and cheddar was great. But more importantly was the exceptional customer service. There was some confusion with my wifes sub. I think it was a mutual misunderstanding. They took the first sub back to make another the way they thought she wanted it. The manager brought out the second sub to make sure it was what my wife was expecting. It was not. The manager offered to make another, but my wife struggles with wasting food and was concerned that they would just throw the sub away. This is where the manager really impressed me. She took the time to listen and understand all of my wifes concerns, and she did it in the right order. She first gave us an option that would not waste the food, and then she found out specifically what it was my wife wanted on her sub and had one made exactly that way. Just to satisfy possible curiosity about the issue with the sub, it was a veggie sub. The basic sub comes with peppers and such. My wife just wanted lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and black olives. These are all generally toppings. They thought she wanted those as toppings on the base sub when she said all she wanted on the sub was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and black olives.

I wish I lived closer to Virginia just so I can come here to get a quality sub. This reminds me of a Potbellys with much more style and pride. They also have a huge section of different level (1-10) hot sauces. I tried the level 9s and 10s, and Wow - pretty damn good. Its called spontaneous combustion for a reason... I ordered a medium (7-8 inch) meatball sub and it was one of the best meatball subs Ive had in my life. The cheese was properly melted over the 5 meatballs jammed into the crispy bun. You absolutely wont be disappointed. My parents split a large 12 inch, which they could barely finish. The firemans theme is very kid friendly and the color coordination reminds me of a big red clifford the dog commercial. Its probably because I recently saw that childrens book where clifford becomes a fireman. Also, I asked for extra pickles, and this guy gave me 6 individually wrapped for me to go. What a nice guy. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and Ill be back very soon.

Good good. Very affordable. This is a new restaurant opened about 3 months ago. The staff here at this location is great. They seem to interact with the customers much more here. I eat at this chain a lot, not necessarily at this location but i have eaten here on multiple occasions. I tried everything on the menu. My personal favorite is the Engineer. The Engineer consist of smoked turkey breast, melted swiss, sauteed mushrooms and according to their menu, served "fully involved". It is delicious. For those of you that do not like mushrooms just request no mushrooms and this sandwich is still a winner. If youve never tried this spot out, I suggest that you do and make your first sandwich an Engineer.

While the food was great and the store was very clean, I couldnt believe that 2 sub combos came up to $ 30.00. I had the cashier check to make sure there wasnt any error, and there wasnt. These were brisket and cheddar subs. Nothing super special about that. Except the price, and yes they do have a menu board with prices, the numbers were too small to read and were over- shadowed by the lettering. I wonder why... So needless to say while I love their food, I cant afford to dine there. I sure hope that the employees are paid well at least, because with those prices they shouldnt be making minium wage, And if they are, then the owner is making a shitload of money. This is sad.

THis is the worst place Id ever had a sub from in my life!! The lady that made it probably never made a sandwich in her life! Because the subs my bf and my daughter had was horrible! As soon as you picked it up it everything inside the soggy bread was falling and the steak tasted old and not well cooked! And it gave me and my daughter stomach aches! I will NEVER order from them again!!!!! SUBWAY IS WAAY BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE IS ! Sucks!

All things here are great, except the availability of sweet tea within an hour or two of closing time. Food is always fresh, always a good selection of sub breads and toppings.

This place is okay if youre in a pinch and need a quick sub. I wish they put more meat/protein in their subs. The meat to bread ratio is a bit skimpy for the price.
