Firehouse subs always has wonderful food. However, on a Sunday at lunch hour, we waited for our food to be made for over 35 minutes. There was little in the way of an apology, just a complaint that a few guys called in sick. If you have such a long wait, you should advise your customers before they pay and wait such a long time. I sent a review to FS headquarters and got a backhanded apology from the manager in which she lied and made up another excuse for the lack of staff. The better way to handle this would have been to offer free chips and drinks to those waiting so long, or offer a free sub in future to get them back. The power also then went out, so we couldnt even ask for a refund once we were so annoyed from the wait. Im more annoyed with the way it was handled vs. the actual wait time.

I always get the Firehouse Steak & Cheese.i havent experienced the original Philly steak and cheese, but this sub has got to be pretty darn close! You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Even on the occasions that I run next door to 7-Eleven, the crew will re-welcome me, "Welcome back." I have yet to find a better sub restaurant. Its pricey, but delicious. Oh... but one time they did forget to put bacon on my sub. Smh. Havent got bacon ever since.

This firehouse has changed staff a lot in recent years, but their current staff I have to say is among the best theyve had. I love the general manager, I know he left for a while but under his management this place has really come back to its former glory. Great Food, great staff, great restaurant. FIVE STARS ALL DAY

So i walk in this jawnt, and this dude decided to mock the way i walked and talked. I bought a large brisket double meat (on wheat cause im watching my weight) and he tried to judge me on it. I was like dang son why tho. Like Daniel Munley is cool af but i dunno about the others. Food good. Salad.

Service was sloooooooow. My brother and I watched this one kid assemble only 8 sandwiches in nearly 30 mins. During prime time lunch rush. Ridiculous. Once I got sandwich, tasted great. But the wait.......OMG.

Its Firehouse subs, you pay a premium for the business. Theyre better than subway, but in a crunch Id pick a lest costly sandwich
